Cape Coral Retreat! Chic 3-BR w/ PVT Patio & Pool

The view from the back patio shown in the online picture gallery was spot on. The view and sunsets were spectacular. The property managers were amazing. They responded immediately to our questions and requests, and were extremely gracious hosts.

Our stay at Villa Stella was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. The house is beautiful and has all the ‘comforts of home’! We enjoyed the most amazing view every day…looking out at the calm waters while having a cup of coffee took away all the ‘stress factors’ in our lives. We were able to just relax and enjoy the views! The owners were very accommodating and always responsive to our questions. You will love this place and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this rental, we have memories that will last a lifetime. Take care.

This place was off the charts, amazing all around between the sunsets by the pool the space in the house and cleanliness of this property! Owners were accessible during our trip if we had any questions they were quick to reapond. Super quiet area and it just had everything we could possibly need!! Weill definitely be booking this amazing place again! If I could do a 10 star review I would!!

It was an awesome place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The house is nice and open, so you didn't feel crowded. The manager was quick to answer questions and easy to work with. We would consider going back.

We had a great experience during our stay! Beautiful poolside sunsets on the waterway. Lots of room to cook together in the expansive kitchen area. Home was immaculately kept and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed having the foosball and ping-pong tables. Basics starters like paper goods, spices and coffee filters were supplied, so we didn't have to buy a lot of things we might only need a bit of during our vacation. Hosts were super easy to work with and very responsive during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and these hosts!

The house was spotless when we arrived and well supplied with all the essentials. It is all very modern and up-to-date with nice appliances that all worked well. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The view off the patio was beautiful, especially at sunset time. Fish were jumping in the canal in the morning. Table tennis in the garage and a foosball table were a big hit with the grandkids. I rated a 4 for location as it is a 15 minute drive to pick up groceries or get gas but as this area gets more developed, I’m sure that will change.
