Cape Coral Home w/ Yard < 1 Mi to Dtwn!

I loved the decor and it's lawn full of old growth. It was a cozy space inside and out.

This house was so cute, the back yard was gorgeous, in a nice quite neighborhood close to all kinds of restaurants, easy to get around. We will definitely stay again given the opportunity. Thank you for the fabulous memories.

This property & host were amazing. The property is centrally located so that you can walk to shopping, restaurants & entertainment in Cape Coral. The impeccably maintained landscaping provides a tropical backyard paradise for relaxing and soaking up sunshine. Inside is comfortable, charming and includes everything necessary for a very enjoyable vacation.

Lovely vacation home

We really enjoyed the time we spent in Cape Coral and the comfort and convenience of this home was a big part of that. We absolutely loved the back yard and covered porch area. Exception value!

We loved staying at the cottage. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. The backyard is gorgeous and very private. We would just sit there and listen to the birds and look at the flora/fauna. It could not have been better. Thank you Daryl!

This trip was a couples' 2-week winter getaway and this property and location were just perfect. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed and desired. I'm a coffee drinker and the owner even left a bag of coffee, bottled water and some snacks so we didn't have to scramble and go shopping after a long day's travel. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could desire. The washing machine and dryer was helpful so we didn't have to pack too many clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and in easy walking distance to downtown Cape Coral for carless dinner walks. We did have access to the driveway for our rental car. We would definitely consider this location again for future visits to the area.

My 2 teenage boys and I were visiting family over Christmas week. This property is adorable. The landscaping is pristine making the back yard its own little oasis. Inside the house- no matter where you turn your eyes, there is something interesting! After Christmas dinner, I had to take my parents, aunts and uncles to the house to share the loveliness with them. They were all so enamored with it- both inside and out! Additionally, the property manager was great, the house was incredibly clean, everything we needed was right there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! This house, if available, will now be part of our yearly tradition! Hopefully the friendly neighborhood cat, Stripe, will come visit us while where there again!
