NOISE
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

SAFETY
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

POOL
The plunge pool is open during the warmer months and will be closed from November 6, 2025, through April for the winter season. Reopening is expected in May, weather permitting.

PRIVACY
Please be advised that the pool and spa are serviced every Wednesday. The exact time of service may vary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

EVENTS
By booking, you agree any events or professional projects must be confirmed and approved first. Reach out to us first to confirm deposit, event rates, and a contract.

PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
