Beautiful cape-cod style beach house (no shared walls!) located just 2 houses to Bay & steps to Ocean in beautiful North Mission Beach! This offering comes fully equipped with 3br+3ba, 3 levels + a 4th level sky deck that spans the entire length of the house with unforgettable ocean, bay, & city views. Other featured highlights include dog ok (unfortunately no cats), fire pit, sleeps 8 (7 adults maximum for all-adult groups), 2 car parking, wood flooring throughout, 4 separate outdoor spaces, & short distance to shops, dining, activities, & attractions.
GROUND LEVEL (1br+1ba+patio)
Step up to this beautiful cape-cod style single family house to a full width ground level fully-fenced patio with outdoor shower, ideal for children & dogs. Step in the main front entry with vinyl wood flooring, recessed light, and br1 with 1 Queen bed, TV, ensuite ba (shower), & 2nd door that also leads to the front porch for added privacy. Rounding out this level is an attached garage with washer/dryer as well as a carport (see Parking section below).

2ND LEVEL (2br+2ba+2 decks)
This level features our master suite, complete with a King bed, TV, exclusive bay view patio, & ensuite ba with dual vanity sinks & oversized travertine tile shower. Br3 houses our bunk bed with Full + Twin, as well as a twin trundle/pullout, & includes a TV & it's own private deck. Off the hallway is a full ba with a tub/shower combo).

3RD LEVEL (main living area with deck & bay views)
Stairs lead to the 3rd level open floorplan main living area that is full of ocean breezes & natural light. The kitchen includes nice and bright/beachy white cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, & a set of patio doors that lead to the sky deck (see below section!). Adjacent is dining for 6, & the living room with sofa seating, SMART TV, & a 2nd separate deck with views out to the bay.

4TH LEVEL (sky deck with city+bay+ocean views)
Perhaps the best feature of this offering is our expansive rooftop sky deck that spans the full length of the house. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktails this is the ideal gathering place with your entire group, Arguably one of the largest rooftops in all of Mission Beach, this area includes 360 degree panoramic Ocean + Bay + City Views, BBQ, multiple seating areas, & a fire pit.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multi-generational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    The AC was out - there were portable units that were set up okay in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. We were lucky we didn't need them. Had to keep most windows closed because screens were missing or torn. Parking was very challenging. The space is small and the alley narrow. If there is a car parked across from the garage at another property it is very difficult to maneuver into the spots.Washing machine was unusable because of the interior smell and mold in the drum.Friday and Sat. nights are very noisy because of the bars and restaurants in the area.There was a lack of dishware and silverware but that was taken care of quickly once we talked with management.The location was perfect for us - easy beach access and very good restaurants within walking distance but I think we will look for a different property for our next visit.

    This house is in a great location and just steps away from Mission Bay and Pacific Beach The rooftop deck is amazing-one can literally see 360 degrees around all of San Diego! My daughters, who live locally, were able to bring their dogs over for movie nights and dinners. Cleanliness was felt in the bedrooms and bathrooms but the worn kitchen chairs and cabinets made this area seem less clean. Many of the window screens were either torn or missing from the windows. Keep in mind that this is a three level home, with two sets of steep stairs to get to the kitchen/living room area, so it is not recommended for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Parking is difficult, as the garage space is very tight and must be navigated in a narrow alley. However, keeping these things in mind and with some updating and repairs, I would highly recommend the property.

    The selling points of this property are its close proximity to both the bay and the beach, and its rooftop deck. The property was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. Access was easy. Parking is very tight. Trash is managed by a vendor, however, instructions say to put the trash out and it was locked. The location can be noisy off of Mission Blvd with sirens day and night and loud cars. We got mixed messages from SurfStyle as well as no follow up on a screen door that was rusted and came off. There were several other broken or missing screens. The kitchen had very few utensils for cooking, no sponge, no potholders, just lots of little items that needed attention. The patio furniture is not what is depicted on the photo with a smaller, rectangular fireplace and worn cushions. There are bikes hanging in the garage, but a sign stating owner use only. All that said, we enjoyed our 2 week stay and would rent again.

    We had a fabulous stay at this home with our extended family. It had all the amenities we needed (down to a baby gate!) and the location is unbeatable. The house was very clean upon arrival. The house needs a bit of an update here and there but honestly I prefer that when traveling with kids cause it didn’t feel too nice to have a toddler running around.

    Home has an excellent location and quick response from property manager (those are a 5 star). Maintenance of home is Poor. Because of lack of home maintenance, brought this home to 3 star. Needs interior touch-up/painting, broken screens or none, broken window, needs new window coverings/repairs, not enough glasses, silverware. Dirty under kitchen sink. Broken kitchen counter top. All couch/chair cushions in interior/exterior need replacement. No directions for bbq and fire pit use on roof deck. Bedroom closets need repair work and clean out. All towels, bed linens in good condition. Beds are comfortable.

    Great property, but parking is very tricky. The measurements of the parking areas are in the property description, but difficulty of getting into the spaces is not publicized; the spaces are in a very narrow alley with legally parked cars and building structures that made very challenging obstacles for my Honda Pilot and my husbands Tesla Model Y. I ended up scratching my car on a concrete post near the garage on the second time I parked my car there. I called the agency about street parking confusion, as the white and red signs near where we ate on Mission Blvd said 2 hr parking. I assumed t. I guess the agency did not know about the areas with two hour parking when I called,
