Stayed Jul 16, 2023We had a family reunion in South Yarmouth. We enjoyed the big open kitchen. The properties proximity to a couple great seafood spots. The outdoor shower was nice. It was really hot the week we stayed and the air conditioning was superb. We would go back again.

Stayed Jun 13, 2021This beautiful post and beam home sits on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood. Karen was there to meet us and show us around on our arrival. My only regret is that we only rented for two weeks. We would love to have stayed longer. Barnstable and it’s surrounding neighborhoods have so much to offer.

Stayed Aug 8, 2020We loved our stay at this clean and private house. Karen was responsive and communicated all aspects of the property as needed. My only recommendation would be to augment the pots and pans which were somewhat sparse. However that is a minor thing that takes nothing away from our five star review. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Aug 2, 2020The house was lovely and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to local beaches and some great restaurants. Karen was a great host who gave us plenty of local recommendations and was responsive to all our questions. We had a great time here and hope to return again next year!!

Stayed Feb 21, 2020Have to say I ended up Sick and could not go. But the feed back I got from the others who went said the place was very nice and would rent again.
