Needed a place near Dennis to stay for a few nights while they sanded our floors at home. This house worked fine. Vacasa did a nice job making the stay smooth and efficient. The house was clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped. Good value.

Great stay - super close to our Thanksgiving festivities and to beach. The house was great and welcoming. The host left us a welcome basket which we thought was so kind. The best things that I look for in a stay is super comfortable beds and water pressure for the shower and this rental has both ! Thanks !

2nd time staying at this home. Great back yard close to the bay side beaches restraunts and shopping. Would stay again highly recommend. Dog Friendly!

This is our third year in a row coming to this property. We love it here. It is perfect for us (empty nesters) and close to everything. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with this property. Looking forward to next year!

This home is PERFECT for our family of 4! In fact this was our 2nd year staying! We thought we had found our Home away from Home and I attempted to book again for next year same time. It was upsetting to see the price was DOUBLE! I reached out to an agent via email and think the homeowner should know I was told that they’d help me find “another” place next year at a price I was comfortable with. I was ready to commit hoping the price was a mistake seeing what I paid last year and this year. I hope you don’t lose other repeat guests who know what a gem you have. Vacasa agents seem very much for them and not the homeowner. Vacasa should be working for you, not themselves. Thanks for the memories!

This is the best place we’ve rented. Easy to find, great location, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

The Keurig and washer couldn't be used, and the fireplace needed wood. Communication with managing group was robotic and unhelpful.

The house is nice and clean, the market and tavern nearby are great, and the location is fairly central so most of the Cape is within an hour’s drive. We ran into a few small issues like an outdated smart tv and janky showerhead, but overall I think we’d stay again!

Updated, exceptionally clean, spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor space, walkable neighborhood and close to many Cape sites. Had all the extra's you would need. Large basement with 2nd sitting space. We were very happy. Be aware: VRBO charged an extra fee after the fact.

Quite little home in a private neighborhood. DOG FRIENDLY! We brought our dog to CC for the first time and this property was welcoming of him. Great backyard for kids and lots of games for them as well!

My stay was horrible. I arrived to find out the outside furniture was damaged and swapped out and not as pictured. We had a problem with water under the flooring and the management service failed to help me address having to relocate. I would never use vrbo again

Rental was very nice!

A very nice, very well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath ranch home with a basement den/playroom with extra beds two blocks off Route 6A, Cranberry Highway, near Yarmouth/Dennis border. Worked well for couple in their mid 80s and middle aged son. Would return.
