Stayed Apr 15, 2025Beautiful property inside and out, the house had everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The beach was a 5 minute drive away, and the town itself is just adorable.

Stayed May 22, 2026The house was just ok, not as nice as other reviews made it seem. Definitely could have been cleaner but worked for what we needed.One thing that was odd was that you need to take your trash to the dump except the dump isn’t open on Sunday mornings or holidays (which was our situation). The homeowner recommendation in the check in instructions is to “drop it at a dumpster behind food lion” which I’m pretty sure is illegal. We ended up taking it home with us which meant riding for hours in our car with our trash.We didn’t end up renting the golf cart which worked out because the path to drive the golf cart to town was closed. I would double check that before renting the golf cart.Overall it was a good stay and nice that we could bring our dog. It’s an ok place just not nearly

Stayed May 13, 2026We had 2 families (2 adults, 2 kids & 2 adults 3 kids) and this house was perfect for us! It was clean and had everything you needed for a visit! The yard provided lots of running area for the kiddos. Communication with host was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in that area!

Stayed May 8, 2026Golf cart did not seem to have the necessary charge.Golf cart was not allowed to travel on the necessary road to get to downtown cape Charles, we were pulled over by a local policeman.No matter what we did we could not get the tv sound to stay on for more than a few minutes.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025The house is a 5 minute car ride to the beach & town. The golf cart that the host offers for an additional fee can NOT be driven legally to town on the road or on the path that he suggests. The neighborhood pool is within walking distance from the house so there is no need to spend extra money on his cart. We encountered a problem with this host and found him to not be very accommodating.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer.
