Stay in this spacious vacation home that sleeps 8 and you'll experience a 1st class mountain vacation home that has everything you could wish for.
As you enter the front door you'll be greeted with large log walls and high vaulted wood ceilings that provide an open mountain feeling. There's an awesome stone gas fireplace to cut the chill of the winter and cooler evenings. The light streams in from the large designer windows while the mountain décor fills the home with warmth and comfort.
You will enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen opens to the great room and includes a wonderful granite breakfast bar and dining room table seating 8 people, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
A full-size washer and dryer are located off the hall for your convenience and free high-speed WIFI internet and cable TV is included.
There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms downstairs, one with a log queen bed. The other bedroom has a very nice log bunk bed, with one twin and one double size bed.
Upstairs you'll discover a large loft that opens to the great room. This is a terrific place for kids, teens, or anyone who enjoys a separate entertainment or reading space, complete with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.
Also upstairs is a very nice master bedroom with a queen bed and beautiful granite master bath.
Separate from the main house there is a wonderful game room to entertain everyone, complete with a pool table, foosball table, and dartboard. There is also a sleeper sofa that will sleep 2. What a great place for the kids, young and old!
Above the game room, you'll discover a separate private master suite. Complete with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV, there is also a nice full granite bathroom.
Pack your bathing suits because you will love the new outdoor Jacuzzi after an exhilarating day of activities. The stars are amazing in the mountains and there's nothing more relaxing than star gazing in a new quality Artesian Spa with LED lighting and a waterfall!!
Bring your bikes and golf clubs in the summer, and your snowboards and skies in the winter. There is plenty of room here for the whole crew. You'll appreciate the easy access and parking for 3 cars inside the fully fenced yard.
You are less than 5 minutes from Bear Mountain, the golf course, and the zoo. Summit Mountain, the lake, and The Village are all close by. This is a great central location in popular Moonridge, where you are close to everything yet, secluded enough to truly enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
