Canyon Palms Spanish-style home

Wonderful small cottage with plenty of room for 5 adults. Close to everything in San Diego. Very enjoyable stay.

The house was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of sidewalks for evening walks, easy parking, easy access to interstate and main roads. The porch was fantastic. Check in and out were very simple. We experienced a low battery in the keypad locking us out of the house. The chat by text had us back in the house in under 5 minutes The property manager called as soon as the office opened and was at the house within 2 hours to replace the batteries. Excellent customer service!

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably. The house was very clean and maintained with nice furnishings and had everything that we needed for our visits to San Diego’s many beautiful beaches. The location is perfect, a 10 minute drive to anywhere including the airport. We have stayed in many vaca rentals over the years and this was our favorite so far. Highly recommend.

The best thing about this property is its proximity to EVERYTHING!!! It has great access to I-5 and is an easy drive to anywhere you might want to visit while in the area. The house itself was perfectly sized and was clean upon arrival. We would definitely book again!

This property was just as described. The photos were accurate, as was the description. The location was great, easy to get everywhere. Quiet neighbourhood, lots of parking on site. Kitchen was well stocked, only thing missing was a kettle. Our only issue was our last day - we had extended our stay one extra day as we wanted to explore the city more, and when we came back the door code didn’t work. Apparently it reset after our original check out date. It would have been nice to have been advised of new code directly without having to call customer service as that took a bit of time to get through. But overall an enjoyable stay in a nice house.

Lovely home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The house had all of the amenities required, was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed about stay and would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful, very clean, good layout for kids, surprisingly private deck area, in a neighborhood that seemed very safe and was quiet, yet very close to the I5 freeway, making commuting to any tourist attractions very quick. The hosts are so considerate, the kitchen cabinets are well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils/cutting boards etc, and they have so many conveniences available for your stay: there is a book with house and San Diego info and suggestions, as well as a quick reference guide on the table, basic spices in the cabinets, device charging station, toys to keep the kids occupied while you’re unpacking, beach chairs and toys, coolers, freezer packs. They provided enough of the essentials like toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, etc. so you don’t have to run to the store in the middle of your vacation to get anything other than more snacks. Vacasa checked in and was easily accessible and quickly responsive via text message throughout the trip (but everything in the home is so well thought out that we didn’t really need much additional support). This was my first visit to San Diego but I will be back, and the first thing I will do is check this home’s availability because the location and amenities made the vacation perfectly relaxing.

We were in town for a long weekend and this house was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was easy to get around, parking on site and close to major roads. The beds were clean and comfortable. We loved having meals on the patio enjoying the breeze.

Disappointed fridge water was off and had difficulty finding things like sheets for the sofa bed and garage door opener. The baby items were in the garage which was found by accident. Best part is the location right off the 5 and great amenities for going to the beach

We visited Legoland and the San Diego Zoo on this visit and this property was in an awesome location in between the two. The property was very clean easy to access with it's own driveway behind the house. We will definitely be looking for a future visit to this property.

We loved this place, the balcony high up afforded great views while access to house from the back alley made it easy for people with mobility issues. Squeaky clean, excellent firm mattress, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. This place is warm and inviting and is centrally located
