Stayed Jul 19, 2025The house was great! It had everything we needed but most importantly it was very clean, no bugs and it smelled good and felt nice. We all loved it and were sad to leave. We loved the deer corn to feed the deer! That was a huge hit!

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Great place to stay in a great location. Overall everything was as advertised and we had an awesome time. Close to the lake, close to grocery store and pharmacy. Host was top notch and communicated well, even offering his phone number should we have an emergency or need anything. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024Our family of four (2 adults, 2 preteens) enjoyed the quiet location and wonderful house that gave all of us plenty of space, with an open kitchen/dining/living room concept to enjoys meals and movies together! Adrian has plenty of amenities available for guests, and plenty of suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area! Highly recommend this property for your next visit to the NBTX/SATX area!

Stayed Jul 6, 2023Great location! Nice place to sit outside and watch the deer. Owner was available for text and calls; he responded promptly. Home was nice and roomy. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. I had to clean the refrigerator, freezer and change the linens on all of the beds before we could relax and enjoy our stay.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023Took the family to the lake for Father’s Day weekend and everyone loved this property. Attention to detail was amazing at this property. They thought of everything and it showed. Looks exactly as presented in the photos, including deer in the front yard! The space was great for hanging out after spending the day on the lake. Very comfortable and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!!

Stayed Apr 27, 2023Beautiful home. Just as described. Two bedrooms on one side of home and one bedroom (king) on other side. We saw a fox and deer! Near Comal Park. Adrian was responsive to any and all questions. Would stay again!
