The apple doesn`t fall far from this tree! It`s 10mins to historic San Marco with fine dining experiences and boutique shopping, 20mins to St John`s Town Center for name brands, & 30 mins to The Beaches!

Families will enjoy the homey environment, business travelers will benefit from the proximity to the business park hub, and medical travelers can breathe a sigh of relief staying midway between the Mayo Clinic, medical offices, and hospitals downtown.

Neighborhood of older homes built in the 1970s with sidewalk paths for strolling upon. Please be aware that a railroad runs along the back of the property with choo choos common at least a couple of times a day -- the kids will love it! ;)

A car is recommended. We also suggest GPS as traffic patterns may vary.

    This was a great experience staying at this home. The neighborhood was nice, the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with many necessities like coffee creamer, filters and sugar, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. The host was very attentive and communicated well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Jacksonville!

    Our stay was good. The property was clean and had inviting music playing on the TV when we arrived.There is an active rail active rail road being the property. The trains do not blow their horns, so it's not loud. However, you can hear engines humming occasionally. The neighborhood is quiet. The furniture and beds are comfy. It's an inviting older home.

    Property is very clean and well done. The host was kind and provided everything we needed. Would recommend to bring a sound machine for the kiddos or light sleepers in the house due to the trains in the back. They did not disturb us during the day and with a sound machine we had no issues with them at night. Would stay here again!
