Free-flowing floor plan including a large living room with a stacked-stone fireplace, a family dining room that easily fits 6–8, plus an all-season sunroom that opens up to the gorgeous private resort-style yard with heated pool, integrated spa, fire pit lounge, covered outdoor living pavilion, and stunning west-facing mountain views. This home is named for the majestic Canary Island Date Palm Trees that tower over the lush and beautifully landscaped property. The owners use this home themselves often, so they have included all the essentials like high-speed internet access, 3 flat-screen televisions, very comfortable midcentury-inspired furnishings, and hotel-quality mattresses. This is a stylish yet livable, carefree home where you can put your feet up, relax, and not worry about a thing.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Large sliding glass doors at the back of the sunroom reveal the resort-style pool yard and spectacular mountain views. The backyard is completely walled and gated for privacy. The recently upgraded sundrenched pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges, occasional seating, shade umbrellas, a fire pit lounge, and a covered outdoor living room. There is a gas barbecue and al fresco dining—perfect for poolside dinners “at home.” ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.     Our stay could not have gone better. The host was great, a very clear and simple checking in process. The house was exactly what we wanted, a combination of up to date features with a mid-century feel that was just right. The kitchen was well-equipped, the grill worked great, the pool was enjoyable, and the beds comfortable. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The washer and drier are large and effective, we enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room, and the TVs worked well. We could not recommend this house more highly, it was one of our favorite stays.

    The yard was incredible! Beautiful private pool and Jacuzzi heated really nice and warm. The yard was definitely the highlight. And there was Grass for my dog. She was so happy. The neighborhood was great for walking.

    We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Canary Palms. It is a gorgeous home, tastefully decorated with exquisite MCM details. The home's location was very central and convenient, and the neighborhood delightfully quiet. Walking the dog throughout the neighborhoods was a daily treat for the eyes with all of the stunning homes in the area. The pool and hot tub were refreshing, and we enjoyed a lot of sunshine in the middle of January! I would definitely return to this home on our next visit to PS, and highly recommend ACME Management Company. This home was the perfect retreat for our stay in Palm Springs!

    Lots of positives with this home, but a few items to be aware of. The large yard areas are beautiful with nice views. The jacuzzi didn't work easily and resulted in a service call, so we were not able to use it as much as we would have liked. The living room as our favorite, with a really nice fireplace, good seating on attractive furniture. The dining area is tight since it has a large table and bulky chairs, which seemed a bit overkill for the 4 guests allowed. The kitchen is tight and very dark, it needs a ceiling light. There were no coffee filters for pot, we asked about this and were told we had to supply our own. We selected this property on the understanding it was 2 masters, seeing that it has 2 King bedrooms and 2 full baths. As it turns out, neither bedroom has an ensuite bath, there is one full bath, between the BR's and a small 3/4 bath across the home. Our friends didn't want to share a bath (out of deference to us, who set up the trip), so had to go across the home for the bathroom. On a more minor note, as noted by others, these bathrooms are not updated, the small one has a toilet that doesn't flush well with a slow filling tank. Towels were poor quality, no washcloths. It was cold, we asked for more bedding as there were no comforters, just bare blankets, and were told no. Front yard and porch lights were out. Manager needs to review the home is in good working order for each visit.

    We really loved everything about this property. The vibe, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities! We would come back to the same home. The only reason I did not give five stars is that the hot tub/ jacuzzi only worked one time after the maintenance worker came to try and trouble shoot. If that was fixed it would be 100!

    Loved our stay! Spacious house, but we were outside in the pool or spa the entire time! And our pups enjoyed the secure yard and nice grassy area. Quiet neighborhood, easy drive to all.
