Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our second year in a row at this charming, cozy house that dissects three canals..in the rear. The house is so user friendly and it’s delightful to wake up each morning to warm sunshine and a glistening pool. Even though the ‘birdcage’ had not been replaced by the time of our arrival, we were able to enjoy the pool with minimal Issues with insects . The little gecko’s though loved the freedom and it was a kick watching the scamper..around..we really enjoy this place and hope we ca. do it again next year.Bob Knapp was a tremendous help as well.. thanks again

Stayed Jan 29, 2022The view out of the rear of the house along the canal is absolutely beautiful. You could just sit on the lanai and drink in the peace and calm of the location. The home itself has good and bad points. The kitchen is VERY well-stocked. You won't search for a imaginary measuring cup or vegetable peeler. It is all there. The furniture could use a re-boot but it is all comfortable. I wish there was a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom. All in, it was a terrific stay in the best location. Thank you.

Stayed Jan 18, 2022The house was very conveniently located to many nearby attractions! View from the pool area was super nice/relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner was great, with the minor issues that came up. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, although it was a little cool for the adults, since it’s solar heated and a few days were overcast during our stay. Minor issue, guest bath we couldn’t get to warm up, despite running water for 10 min. Just used the master bath which heated up quickly. All in all, it was a good fit for our last minute trip! Thanks again!

Stayed Feb 28, 2020We started out with some cooler weather. Solar pool heater couldn't keep up until end of week. Longer pump cycle would have helped.
