The house is very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to resolve any issue. The BBQ propane tank was low and they brought a full one over immediately. We spent each evening on the large screened in deck watching a mama manatee and her calf in the canal!

We hated to leave our month stay at this lovely home. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. The home was clean, beautiful and organized. The hosts were so nice and attentive and the neighbors made us feel welcome with their friendliness. Great location near restaurants,, beaches and parks.. We would love to come back. The best and most relaxing place that we've stayed at so far.

We have rented homes in Ft. Myers & Cape Coral but this was by far my favorite! Home was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything! I even found a waffle iron and made waffles for the first time in years! The lanai always has a breeze, the canal is right in your backyard and we were visited daily by herons & egrets! Also the occasional manatee, osprey & wood stork! The neighbors are very friendly, and the owner is extremely responsive to any question or problem you might have. An added benefit is a garage for your car! Can't say enough about this home. Go for it!

We had a great stay. House was clean and welcoming. Owners were wonderful and available whenever we had a question. We all slept great (evan the toddlers). Had more than enough dishes, cookware, storage etc. Plenty of seating and room to stretch out and relax. We do have a few suggestions such as drapes in the bedrooms as it is VERY bright in the morning. There should be a light and a fan on the upper deck, it gets pretty hot evan with a breeze. Grille should be downstairs as the ceiling is very low and was already showing smoke stains from previous use. Almost everyone slipped at least once on the outside stairs heading to the dock, they were always wet and super slick. These were all minor issues and easily dealt with but would make for a more comfortable stay. We fully intend on staying at this location again in the future. Thank you Debbie!

What a gem. It is all about location. If you love VRBO, this is the place for you. The dock is perfect for a boat or fishing. We also had daily visitors including a crane, manatee, bunnies, squirrels, lizards and fish. The home is older and has some quirks, including a master bathroom floor that sounds like bubble wrap when you walk on it. The towels and kitchenware are mismatched and eclectic, but everything you need is there. The AC is perfect and there are fans in each bedroom. It would be a fun project to figure out what all of the light switches do. The screened porch is glorious for afternoon naps, but we never found a light for evening use. We went to Zeke’s for breakfast twice. The food takes 45 min (not exaggerating) but it is yummy. So is Compadres Mexican food. The Thursday farmers market was a highlight of the week! We would love to stay here again.
