Here you’ll find a king master, a queen bedroom, and a room with a pyramid bunk plus a trundle that shares a hallway bath. A six-person hot tub sits on a sound-facing deck off the king bedroom, an inviting place to enjoy a soothing soak as the sun sinks below the horizon. The final bedroom, a king master with deck access, is located on the third level. It’s also here where you’ll discover the heart of your vacation, a light-filled setting where families can connect and spectacular views create truly signature moments. The great room is a cozy gathering spot, centered around a Smart TV, and features ample seating where conversation flows easily. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up those classic family vacation meals that can be enjoyed together at a six-seat dining table, with extra places available at the kitchen’s breakfast bar. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
