Canal view retreat with vaulted ceilings & three-story observation deck

The house looks exactly as pictured! It was perfect for my family and our family friends to have a beach trip. The master bed is a little on the firmer side, and the daybed is a little bit softer. The house was clean and beautiful! We had a great time sitting on the third floor deck at night, looking at the stars & enjoying the ocean breeze. We’re hoping to book it again this next summer!

My experience with this Vacasa-managed property was far from hospitable. When we arrived, the washer already had water sitting in it, and it turned out the motor had gone out, making it completely unusable. I did not notice this until the following day. I contacted the host, and they said they would reach out to the local team, but no one came for another 2 days. We ran out of washcloths. I had to request towels two days in a row, and because the washer wasn’t working, I ended up having to buy a few myself. On the fourth day, towels were delivered and someone came to inspect the washer, confirming it was broken — which I strongly believe happened before our arrival.The garbage disposal also wasn’t functioning properly, something I later saw mentioned in previous reviews. The ice maker doesn’t work either. This was the least of my worries though. I didn’t even report it. I will be passing on this host for future trips. I have had other wonderful experiences for the last 13 years on vrbo just not at this property.I reached out requesting compensation because I spent valuable vacation time dealing with issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived, including repeatedly contacting the host for updates. The house does look exactly like the picture and was fairly clean. So I have to give it two stars for that. When you pay money for rentals you should not have to waste your vacation reporting and resolving issue with appliances and etc.

Cute house great location for our needs. Enough space but not clean at all. House smelled, garbage disposal didn't work. Horrible smell coming from there as well. Hair ball found behind door. Stained furniture.

Very clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and time on the deck with our morning coffee.

It was a cute house. It did feel a little dirty. Hair on the shower walls, low stock on soap and toilet paper was cheap. No cleaning supplies. Shampoo and body wash in shower were basically empty. Plumbing was terrible. We expected more amenities for the price we paid. Floor under the beds was covered in dust. Poor cleaning and upkeep.

Perfect visit and stay! Such a pretty house and in a great location!

The location was perfect for beach access and comfortable sleeping and relaxing all around the house! Would book again and recommend to my friends!

Enjoyed our stay at this house! The door key pad ran out of batteries and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Very clean! And ramp was helpful for my father who has bad knees. Will definitely be coming back.

The house was nice and accommodated our family of five well. It had basic needs like toiletries, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. Plenty of dishes and utensils and plenty of towels. I wish the living room furniture had been more comfortable but all the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the floor. Whatever they clean the floor with left a residue and walking around barefoot left the bottoms of our feet black. Other than that everything was perfect and a great property for the money!

The house was clean. Although the yard could have been mowed. The front door code box went off and on during a heavy rain storm for over 2 hours at 6 am. The heavy rain was hitting the door , i suppose that is why it would be smart to put a cover box over it. box
