Exceptional home in upscale neighborhood

House was great. Pool area had a nice patio which I had a second cup of coffee on every morning. Listing was as expected with no surprises. SJ

Fix the Tv with new supplier

The house was exceptionally clean and located in a very nice neighborhood, a small park with walking trail and a group of burrowing owls located in a corner of the park.. The backyard pool was a super plus. We would stay there again. Thanks Bill

This home is located in a friendly neighborhood. We rented for a month for my elderly parents, and we took turns popping in to keep them company. The caretakers, Gloria and Dallas are always available and able to help us with any small issue that occurred, not many. When my parents couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower, they came over at 9:00 pm to show them! They were great! The grocery store and pharmacy were close and easy to drive to. There was a nice Italian Ice shop and plenty of convenience shopping within a couple of miles. We felt very comfortable leaving our parents alone for short amounts of time at this location. The back of the house is located on a quiet canal and has a small pier for sitting or casting for fish. My elderly parents spent most of their time on the beautiful screened in lanai watching the boats go by (only a few here and there, not constantly), watching and waving to the boaters and fishermen. They were tucked into their warm, sunny, screened in haven, but they still felt connected to the world around them. There is a beautiful screened in pool that wasn't heated, so we only used that after two weeks of 80+ degree weather (the last two days of February). That was a little disappointing, but the outdoor living space was wonderful. We grilled out and hung out back there most of the time. The inside space had a great set up with a spacious common area and bedrooms on each side, the master suite on one side and two bedrooms and a bath on the other. It was perfect for all of us (we had up to 5 people at one time). The kitchen was beautiful, but there wasn't room to keep and food or spices in the cupboards. They were full of fancy dishes. Our food was on the countertop or in the fridge. It would have been nice to have a couple of empty cupboards or drawers to keep the countertops free of clutter. Otherwise, it was easy to have 3-4 people in this kitchen at one time. We rented bikes for the week and peddled our way around the neighborhood to Lake Saratoga. The neighbors are all so friendly! The neighborhood was big enough for a nice family ride, but Cape Coral has very nice bike paths that are easily accessible from this neighborhood. We even rode our bikes to the tiki bar at the Yacht Club (about 5 miles). The neighborhood is also very walkable. This place was a really nice place to rent for the winter months. It's far enough south to have warm weather, and the house was clean and comfortable.

Home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had great major appliances and was equipped with good secondary appliances including electric wine opener! The pool area was also very clean and comfortable with lots of options for sitting and outdoor eating. The multiple televisions provided lots of options for entertainment. Overall a wonderful home for a Florida vacation!

We were somewhat disappointed in the property. The twins were full not queens. The pool was freezing. The microwave did not work the entire time we were there. Although the listing said cable and dish tv we were only able to get 4 channels. While we had a good time, and the stay was comfortable, we will not be staying at this property again.

We had a great time. House was very comfortable and clean. The pool was never warm, that was the only disappointment about the house.
