Booking Age: The primary guest must be 25 or older to book. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a peaceful stay for everyone.

This is a waterfront property with a private pool that is not separately fenced and direct access to the canal. Guests must use extra caution around the pool, dock, backyard, and waterfront areas.

•Children and non-swimmers must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.

•Kayaks are used at the guest’s own risk. Life jackets are provided and should be worn at all times.

•Turn off the BBQ propane completely after every use.

•Fire extinguisher is located nearby for emergencies.
