Stayed Mar 23, 2025This waterfront home in Port Charlotte was exactly what we were looking for . Easy access to the Myakka River through the canal and the ride is probably less than a minute , if that. We brought our bay boat ( Pathfinder 22' ) and enjoyed fishing, cruising and sightseeing the river . The home met our expectations and then some. Kitchen was awesome ! Paul and Lynda are quick to respond to any questions or issues we had . Only negative issue was , WE HAD TO CHECK OUT.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025We greatly enjoyed our stay and found the property in excellent condition. Everything seemed new. Communication with the owner was easy and cordial. If you need a nice launching pad in the Port Charlotte area, we certainly recommend this one.
