Stayed Jul 3, 2025The home was clean and most everything worked the AC and the two bedrooms down below. We’re not working as well and did not get cold. The sliding door in the kitchen. Dining room area was hard to open and shut, and the dock was messed up to the point where we could not get on it, the porch railing also needs to be secured. A little better and the dock deck needs to be repainted. Otherwise the trip was OK. The neighborhood was not that bad. The lawn care needs to be done. It was a little bit overgrown, but otherwise it was an OK stay.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This was a great spot for a girls weekend! Beaches were close, though we all preferred the ease of the pool, Historic St. Augustine was just down the road and there were several cafes and restaurants nearby that served up delicious eats.

Stayed Dec 11, 2024The location is far enough from the noise of town but close enough for a 12 minute ride into the heart of St. Augustine. The canal view was beautiful every morning and the heated pool was a pleasure. The set up of the home is great for friends and family and the home was both spacious amd cozy. Great vacation spot!

Stayed Apr 19, 2024We had a great time in St. Augustine. The place is well equipped. Excellent kitchen with all of the appliances you could want, nice pots and pans, and quality knives. Pool was a bit small but came as advertised and was very clean. Outdoor area had plenty of comfortable seating and a great grilling area. Lots of bath and pool towels for our use, and pool floaties galore. No complaints whatsoever, and the host was very communicative and proactive in her communication. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Stayed Jan 19, 2024This 4 bedroom house has a nice Pool, bonfire, great seating area at the pool, good barbecue grill flatscreen TVs almost everywhere and beds were very comfortable, I usually always complain when I go somewhere about the beds, but this one was surprisingly comfortable, property owner was very friendly, we also got extra hour for check out, so 5 stars overall.
