Canal-Front House With Covered Deck, Pool, Dock + Prime Location

Good location.

Very clean, great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and fishing off the dock. At night we would sit on the lanai and enjoy the views. If you choose to go out, there are many stores and restaurants close by. Neighbors were very friendly which is great since the houses are close together. Canal living!

We enjoyed our time at the home. We spent our days by the pool, and evenings fishing in the canal. The homeowner was kind and helpful when we needed him.

The main reason i chose this house is because of the covered boat slip. When i arrived, there was a pontoon in the boat slip. Don't advertise the house with a boat slip if it is not available. This should have been disclosed to us from the start. Other than that, beautiful place.

Get ready to get to know the neighbors. All of them. Because they are on top of you. On each side and many across the canal. Staring into your back door. The master bath is not pictured. Because it’s awful. It’s a walk in Shower and barely enough space to dry yourself. You will be charged if the cleaners take more than 5 hours to clean after you, but they give you zero cleaning supplies. Their broom was dorm sized, for a 3 bedroom house, AT THE BEACH. I was forced to spend $50 on cleaning supplies to do basic maintenance on the home. We were very disappointed in this stay. It was not what we had hoped for. Yes, it was clean and as pictured. But pictures don’t quite tell you how tightly packed that neighborhood is.

Perfect location for us. My sister lives a few houses down so this was time for all of us siblings to spend time together. It was perfect for what we needed. The house itself was tastefully furnished and recently upgraded. Everything worked great. Check in was a breeze. We had some friends come pick us up in their boat and we also brought our paddle board and had a great time paddling in the canal and back and forth to my sisters house. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again the next time we visit Palm Coast.

Nicely remodeled home in good location.

Great location saw manatees and caught fish

My family (8 total) & I stayed here for two weeks for a family gathering in Palm Coast. Here are the things my family enjoyed. It is a nice home and it was clean upon arrival. The location was good 2 min away from local grocery store, shops , & restaurants & 20 min away from Flagler beach. The dock was nice and the boys enjoyed fishing off of it. Here are our negatives. the home owner popped up twice unannounced, first to say that he likes to meet everyone who stayes in his home & a second time with his family to take his boat out. I have never had this happen with any other VRBO stays and it was a little off-pudding. The main bathroom shower head is AWFUL it felt like little needles poking you as you took a shower. There was no adjustment on the shower head so we all ended up using the second shower in the master. Pool was great for 3 of our 14 days there. It started to grow algae and the pool vacuum did not work. We called and had someone come out to clean the pool only for it to start happening again a few days later. When we voiced our concerns to the home owner he just dismissed them saying its normal. We had other family members stay at homes with pools and the had no issues during there two week stays. The grill was so dirty it was unusable. There was only a broom for cleaning no cleaning supplies,for a 14 day stay you would think there would have been a little more than just a broom. There were ants in the kitchen/sitting nook. Ended up buying traps.

Beautiful, clean home! The location was perfect…close to beaches! But with the pool and dock, we spent our time at the house relaxing and enjoying the accommodations!
