Canal-front home w/ private pool, hot tub, dock & kayaks/paddleboards -1 dog OK

Everything was wonderful: the house, the location, the neighborhood. The house is STOCKED with extra blankets, towels, kitchen ware and comfortable seating areas. The pool, hot tub & dock are amazing. There are 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks with plenty of life jackets. Thank you so much for a great family vacation.

Everything about the Coral House exceeded our expectations. The property was clean throughout, plenty of clean towels and the beds and bedding were of a high standard. The kit was well stocked with all items of cutlery, and all appliances worked well. The pool and dockside were great, and we spent many happy hours there. The location was excellent for our week in SW Florida. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Cape Coral.

The house was great for 2 adults and three kids. The pool was excellent and the view of the canal was serene. The house was well stocked with towels and all needed kitchen untensils.

We booked a much larger property than needed. We were pleased with the stay with one exception. We were promised kayaks which is why we chose this property. We informed the property manger who told us to rent some and we would be refunded the monies for the Kayak. A few days later, we confirmed that we will get the refund and so we rented some kayaks. Right after renting the kayaks, the missing kayaks showed up at the side of the house. It has been a few weeks and I have made 3 attempts to contact the property manager. No one has called be back. I will wait about another week after this review, before I contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. The second issue is that half way during our stay there was a man who came by to repair the jaccuzi. Not that we would have used it, but it would have been nice if the amminities that were promised was available. The home was spacious and comfortable. We lacked nothing else. A very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. The home was mostly clean.

This home feels like home. Warm and inviting with all the amenities of our own home. The pool and hot tub were very much appreciated.

The house was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Overall this house was great. However, the pool was filthy which we later found out by the pool guy the pump was not working and no one ever came back to repair it. Also, the master bedroom and bath were extremely hot compared to the rest of the house. Other than those issues the house was very accommodating and had everything you could possibly need. They had plenty of linens and plenty of dishes and utensils. We also loved that the pool had a deep end.

Nice house and location on the canal. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and easily found everything we needed in the kitchen. A little further from the beach than we normally do but we adjusted. We were able to visit all the surrounding areas and even drove down to Key Largo (3 hrs) for snorkeling. Definitely try Dixie Fish Company. It’s delicious. And if you’re into shopping, sanibel outlets (20 min drive) has some great deals.

We loved the house. Very comfortable but more than anything we loved the amenities. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day. The pool is great and was hard to get the kids out of it. Every room had it's own tv. We can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed here in June 2022 and had a great time. Plenty of room for us and our guests. We rented a boat that was delivered to the house directly for three days and it was so much fun boating to sanibel island . We caught a few mangrove snappers at the house as well. The house and property are both well maintained and clean. The only negative thing I can say is that the master bedroom was hot, all the time.
