Set on a hillside at the edge of the Serra de Tramuntana, the house offers panoramic views of the green landscape, hills, and mountains all the way to the calmsea of the Alcudia bay.

Campanet is surrounded by scenic hiking trails and is a popular hub for cycling routes, making CA'N RUQUET an ideal base for nature and adventure lovers. Beautiful beaches and towns like Pollença and Alcudia are just a 15-minute drive away, while Palma with its culture, dining, and nightlife can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The house is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a living room, dining area with wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The charming garden has an outdoor dining table under a lemon tree. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with queen-size beds and a second bathroom.
