Camp Verde River Retreat on River,2 blocks to Downtown AC,WIFI, Kayaks, Fishing

My husband and I booked the stay at this property for our anniversary, with our four-year-old. We also invited my sister and her family to join us, as the spacious home comfortably accommodated everyone. We were very impressed with the amenities provided, including kayaks, life vests, and a variety of games. Our dogs particularly enjoyed the expansive backyard and the opportunity to swim in the river. We had a wonderful trip, and the house truly had everything we needed. This home will remain on my list for future bookings!

The place was expertly designed. Everyone admired the design aspects. The kitchen was fantastic. I love to cook and everything I needed I brought up, but I could have left a lot of it. Spices. ACTUAL SPICES! Will definitely come again.

The house was so pretty. WellMaintained. Yard was stunning. Loved the river. Kitchen was well stocked. The listing says 5 bedrooms, more like 3 bedrooms, a bonus room (downstairs in the garage, no bathroom) and a bunkhouse (no access to the bathroom) but we made it work and it was a great time.

Such a great home! Well stocked kitchen and huge game room! Beds and pillows were comfy. Just a really great weekend catching up with friends.

Everything was perfect, from check in to checkout. The house was decorated to create a wonderful homie feeling. The trees and green grass were beautiful and a short walk to the rivers edge on the property. It had everything you could possibly want or need to have fun at any age. We will definitely be coming back!

This vacation was one of the best and i would come back in a heartbeat. It had so many options for activities -cornhole, kayak, fishing supplies, etc. The decorations and art made it feel so cozy. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your lovely home with us.

Thorough , highly functional, totally relaxing !!! Everything works and detailed fine touches. Love the very large comfortable back porch. The game room downstairs is amazing. Just go and destress.

The property accomodated our family of 5 adults very well. Plenty of seating for meals. Family room and kitchen connected making a nice space to gather to talk or watch TV. Property was clean and comfortable.

Over all the house was great. I woukd have justbliked clarity on where the 5th bedroom was located as we didn't find it for a couple days.

To say this property had it all is an understatement. We had 4 kids from 5-16 and they had a blast playing pool, darts, fishing, kayaking, s’mores by the fire and playing in the huge grass yard stretching all the way down to the river! The owner was very communicative and friendly. The home decor was very well done and made you feel like you’re at home! We will be back!

This place has it all to entertain your entire family! Great house with everything you could possibly need and then some. Hosts were awesome and thought of everything a guest may need. If you're looking for a very nice place to stay with a game room and river access, this place is for you! My 10 year old son was occupied our entire trip (and that's pretty hard to do!) Large, fenced-in yard and then additional acreage. Beds were very comfortable and the house had a very homey feeling. We will definitely be back!
