Nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, this secluded home offers a scenic spot to rest and recharge among the company of friends and loved ones. Make cherished memories in an unforgettable setting with easy access to a full roster of year-roundrecreation and events. The town of Black Mountain offers a variety of great local shops and dining options just five miles from home. Asheville is just 15 miles away.

At home, take in the surrounding property views while relaxing around the outdoor fireplace or in the bubbling hot tub on the patio, or head into the converted garage entertainment space for endless family fun and leisure. Sure to be a household favorite, this space includes cushioned patio furniture, picnic table seating, ambient string lighting, Ping-Pong, and a foosball table. All three garage doors can be opened for additional lighting and outside views. A ladder-ball game can be set up on the lawn.

The living room welcomes more casual downtime inside, with plenty of plush seating and a smart TV. The stainless steel kitchen comes well-appointed for handling family-style meal prep with ease. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
