Cambria Sea Pines Retreat: A Spacious Coastal Escape

Our stay in Cambria was just as we had hoped for our family of twelve. We rented the home so we could meet our 3 adult children and their families in Cambria for an early Christmas celebration and to attend the Christmas Market. The house has a nice layout with all bedrooms downstairs and 4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The open floor plan upstairs provided us with enough space to spread out into the pool table room and 2 separate living areas. There are steps into the two living spaces that may be difficult for the elderly or small children to maneuver but we knew that from the photos. The kitchen was well equipped plus enough seating for us all to sit and enjoy a meal. The views from the upstairs were beautiful on a clear day. Communication with the management team was effortless. Quick to respond and with clear instructions. Thank you for the stay!

Everything was great. House was very clean and stocked really well. I really liked that almost everything was labeled so easy to find stuff. Beds were very comfortable. I really can’t say anything bad about the house. Kitchen was great. Nice appliances I would stay here again.

We loved our stay here in Cambria at this wonderful home. There was no issues with anything as it is very organized and we really had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the different sitting areas inside and out, it was the perfect space for our sister’s reunion. There is so much to do and see here, we hope to return to Cambria and this lovely home! The Cambria nursery was a favorite!

This property is beautiful and immaculate. The property manager was available for communication and quick to respond. We had a fabulous time.

We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. However we weren’t getting an internet connection so I sent a message to report that. I received a prompt reply and shortly thereafter received instructions on how to get connected. It worked and was fine afterwards. Shopped and ate downtown. Loved the house and area.

We had a great time. Perfect space for all of our family. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Enjoyed the parade, Pinedorado and hanging out with family at their ranch. Beautiful weather for fun at the beach too!

Wonderful week in Cambria. This is a beautiful house with lots of space and very clean. Just as described. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect location for our family to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. There is plenty of space - almost too much room because the house is large and laid out very well, optimizing every sq. inch. We had never been to Cambria before, and therefore knew nothing about the restaurants or where to find some of the elements for our gathering. The management person I spoke with prior to our arrival was of great help to us by providing some options. I will definitely try to book this home again upon our future return.

It was comfortable. Though next time not have a home with stairs. It was hard on my husband to climb. But we couldn't resist the fact we all had our own bathrooms!

Big house very clean have everything we need we really enjoy

The house was perfect for our college roommate reunion! Four of us so the 5 bedroom house, 4 of them with attached bathrooms was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped, there was tons of space…lots of places to hang out which would be perfect for families with kids. We enjoyed every minute of our stay both out and about the area, but just hanging at the house as well. We highly recommend this house!

Overall good.The dishwasher did not work.There were ants in the kitchen that we needed to get rid of.

All five of us had our own room and bathroom. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

This was a perfect home away from home for my birthday with friends and daughter! Day trips to Sycamore hot springs, and Hearst Castle. Lovely views of the hills in Cambria. Well stocked, and comfy beds. It was perfect!

The home was comfortable and lovely. It was close to the beach and equally close to beautiful downtown Cambria. The home easily housed all 12 of us as a group and separately. We found the kitchen appliances to be old and in need of updating, in particular the toaster oven and the coffee pot that leaked and made truly awful swill. In addition, while I might not have cared had I not been told the fireplace didn’t work in summer, I really did mind I wasn’t told prior to the rental for a Christmas getaway - the whole crackling fire thing being a Christmas ideal. And geez! That broom barely deserves the name. Spring for a new one. Also, wine glasses would be more upscale than those cheesy plastic things on offer. And why does one of the bedrooms lack a tv?? Really? On the whole we had a great time and were very happy with our family Christmas despite the coffee.

Lovely large home that accommodated our large group well. We especially enjoyed the game room and dining area to enjoy our holiday trip. Clear communication and expectations eliminated the guess and stress of guesting a home.

This property was so perfect for our family reunion. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. Extra couch beds for sleeping accommodations for singles. We had 10 adults, 1 tween. It could have accommodated a couple more easily. Big windows, beautiful view. Patios, bbq. Open kitchen for togetherness. Easy to access. Pool table was fun. So close to Morro bay, Montana de Oro beach, downtown Cambria great. We spent 6 nights. Everything we needed was there. Parking a tad tight. One car in garage and three in driveway max. It was a perfect home for large family or multiple families. We had an amazing week.

We were able to book this house for a short multi household family getaway. It was nice that we were all able to have a bathroom attached to the bedrooms. It was very spacious with multiple living areas. The location was also great because of how close it was to local shopping, eateries, and a short drive to different beaches for the kids. The only thing that dropped a star was cleanliness. Lots of cobwebs and the patio furniture was dirty and not very welcoming. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for large groups.

The house was spacious, clean and well lit. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and offered plenty of space for family meals. The host was friendly and checked in on us shortly after our arrival. Would definitely rent again.
