Great location, convenient to downtown and east Nashville spots. Well appointed, cosy apartment for two.

Wonderful and charming studio apartment nicely renovated and decorated. Surprisingly quiet for how close it is to Gallatin Avenue. A quick 5-10 minute walk from restaurants, bars, live music...all the action. Great central location if you want to be right in town and feel like a local! Would reserve again.

Nice clean place worked for our trip. Only negative is no shades on all the windows was very bright at night and early morning.

This place was beautiful, quaint yet roomy, and walking distance from a lot of cool East Nashville spots! Felt like we had our own apartment for the weekend 3 would stay there 100 more times! Plus we both forgot to bring a blue tooth speaker, but they one waiting on a charger and we didn’t have to asking for anything at all! 10/10!

Very nice and clean! Everything we needed was there, close to everything. Disappointed in the reception of the TV antenna, since we like to go to sleep watching TV. Other than that, perfection!

The place is very nice for someone like us who just needed a place to sleep. I would only recommend replacing the two low chairs in the apartment. They are very uncomfortable. The alley needs to be cleaned out. Which that is not the owner fault. Other than that it was very nice.

This garden getaway was truly enjoyable for my partner and I during our first visit to Nashville and surrounding areas. This accommodation fulfilled many of our basic needs and provided a stylish space for our 4 day/5 night trip. The area surrounding was very walkable to grocery stores and even bars and restaurants! My only comment to management would to ensure cleanliness on the shower head and to provide additional silverware (spoons) as there was only one available. Would most definitely stay if we were to visit again!

Was there for the Music City Open disc golf tournament. Location was awesome to experience East Nashville five points area. So many great restaurants in walking distance with fun nightlife that locals experience. A totally different vibe from the tourist side of Nashville. Host made sure everything was in order prior to arrival.. a great property in East Nashville.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is clean and convenient to all Nashville has to offer. The hosts are helpful and available as needed. The only suggestion I might make is to place some blackout curtains over the windows above the bed. Otherwise the place is spotless and homey. My wife and I will be back. Thanks

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a good location when going to a variety of different popular areas in Nashville; it was also clean and safe/quiet.

We was in town for a short weekend trip to see a show at The Basement East. The weather was nice enough that we were able to walk to and from. It was about a 15-20 minute walk. There are shops and other bars/ restaurants within walking distance. The alley to park in is tight, but still beats paying to park. The room was great and had everything we needed.

Such a wonderful property/location that was perfect for you my Wife and I. Great location near our conference with great food items and TopGolf close.Loved the privacy of this property vs hotels/condos and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful trip and this property is great! Would happily stay here again in the future and thanks for opening up your wonderful place!!!

Had a great stay at this VRBO. Was exactly as posted and the ideal east side location we hoped it would be. Easy access, easy check out. Zero concerns. Would rent again!

This cute carriage house was the perfect space for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Nashville. It was clean, comfortable, and charming. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean and well stocked with supplies.. This neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Overall very nice. The apartment really needs window coverings though. Extremely bright, night and day shade

My husband and I rented this property while in town for the Packer/Titan game. When we arrived our code didn’t work but the property manager responded immediately and gave us a new code. We were very impressed with the prompt response to ensure we could start our vacation! Once inside we were very happy with the place. The open studio concept was perfect! Having a place to park all weekend and walk/uber was also a huge bonus and saved on paying for parking elsewhere in the city. There’s a ton restaurants and bars very close by which was very convenient for when we wanted to stay closer to the property. We definitely recommend this place for any couple looking for a nice little getaway while in a city as busy as Nashville!
