We recently spent a lovely 5 nights at Catherine’s gîte in rural Périgord. With a well equipped kitchen and loads of open space to relax outside. There is a pool which we did not use due to the weather being a little cooler than normal for early June. Location wise you will need to drive everywhere. There’s Siorac-en-Périgord about 10 to 15 min drive and St Cyprien which is about 10 mins away. Both have supermarket and a few restaurants. Sarlat was our favourite visit which is around 30 mins drive. Overall would really recommend.
