“Calm Water Cove” A Fun Family Lake Front Retreat

Great place for the family! We enjoyed the dock with all the water toys! We would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at the Calm Water Cove. We enjoyed that the property has a great dock for swimming and a boat slip we could use while we stayed.

This house was absolutely perfect for the six of us for our lake vacation. The hosts thought of everything, right down to labeling the kitchen cupboards so everything was easy to find. Host communication was fantastic, as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home, and we would 100% stay again!

An excellent week in the Ozarks! We have stayed in the Ozarks often on for 40 years and this house was perfect for our stay. On this trip, we had two adults and five 18 year old girls.The owners are very organized with the check-in and check out process as well as probiding other information useful for our stay.The home has many kitchen necessities that were greatly appreciated. There was a cupboard filled with spices and coffee that were used daily! The bathrooms were stocked with towels as well as towels for the lake. The little extras, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap and shampoo in all of the bathrooms was noted and wonderful!The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all of the toys on the dock such as the paddle boards, kayak, and Lily pad. We utilized their games and even put together a 1000 piece puzzle that was in the house!The house is situated on a cove that was quiet and peaceful, and we floated and swam for hours right off of our dock. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Calm Water Cove. The house had everything we needed. We were very thankful for being in the cove as the main channel of the ozarks was always quite rough. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, campfires and boat rides in our pontoon. One of the highlights was all the different fireworks we got to watch on the 4th of July from our pontoon!

The property was AMAZING! There was plenty of space for three adults and three older teens children. The kids loved the amenities on the property. The dock was a plus. Love the neighborhood. House was clean and check in process was super easy

Beautiful home with great hosts! The weather was cool and rainy, but this house was the perfect place to snuggle in and be together playing games, cooking and watching movies. Had the weather been better, the house offers many amenities to enjoy the water! These hosts have thought of everything, and we had a terrific stay.

It was our first time to the lake and this property was perfect. We’re already planning on staying again in the future.

We enjoyed the house very much! Had 6 adults and 5 children with plenty of room. The kids loved using the aqua lily off the dock and trying the paddle board and kayaks within the cove. We were there Monday through Friday and the lake and cove were very quiet early in the week. Only started seeing neighbors late on Thursday. We should have bought fire wood early in the week because it rained a bit and everything was wet so we couldn't get a fire going for smores our last night.

The house was great. 2 families with teenagers. 2 rooms in lower level that the kids stayed in and 2 rooms on main level for the adults. Lots of space and big kitchen table for all to eat and play games. Great dock to fish or float in the cove. Overall a great time was had by all and the house has almost all you need.

We had so much fun at this home on Lake of the Ozarks! Our family loved the calm cove and the large dock for swimming. The lilly pad and kayaks added adventure and we rented a pontoon one day to explore the rest of the lake. This house is lovely and had everything we needed to make meals and grill. There were many great places to sit outside and enjoy the lake and the views. The owners provided many extras and everything we needed. One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in!

We had such a great vacation, staying at Calm Water Cove. We are a family of 6 and allowed some of our kids to bring friends. Comfortably slept 8. Great area, perfect dock for swimming, kayaking, tanning, etc. House had everything we could need. From kitchen supplies, to S’mores ingredients, beach towels, and so much more. I personally appreciate having nice shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc - felt just like home. Will definitely plan to stay again.
