Shelly's place is right on the beach, the interior decor is absolutley incredible. Our family and i were so thankful to be able to stay there. incredibly clean most amazing view in the world Shelly & brett are some of the nicest people i have encountered amazing place

Beautiful home on the beach. Celebrated my mom’s birthday and really enjoyed the deck with the sunsets. The home was so clean and the beds were so comfy. Definitely will stay here again.

The house was gorgeous and exactly as pictured right on the beach. They had everything you could want. A fully equipped kitchen, plenty of sand toys and beach chairs and a wonderful view. Shelley was super responsive when we needed some help getting in at first. Would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described, and the beach equipment (boogie boards) was a special bonus for our three grandsons! Can’t beat the beach access!

This is our second fabulous family getaway at your beautiful beach house with amazing beach access and views. Thank you for having all the needed amenities for our family, including beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and serving pieces. The signage everywhere was very helpful. We look forward to the next time.

We loved that every room had an oceanside view. Very clean stay, with all the necessary amenities for beach day or stay-cation. Owners were very communicative of house rules and recommendations around town. Definitely would stay here again.

Place was perfect. It was for my 50th. I wanted to relax and enjoy the beach. Owners were very responsive. House fully supplied with everything we needed. I will rent this house again. My son is already asking me when.

California Dreamin is top notch! This was our second year staying in the condo and it was exactly as it was the year before- very well maintained. The hosts have thought of everything to make the vacation experience truly relaxing. The home is equipped with just about everything one could need and then some! In addition, the beds, sheets, towels and furnishings are all so comfortable. The amount of beach necessities that are provided is such a nice touch. I love the fact that I don't have to haul all the bulky chairs, umbrellas, etc. from home. We will continue to vacation at California Dreamin for as long as it's available.

The house was so comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a perfect week on the beach. We’ve stayed at other condos in the complex where we’ve had to bring our own bed sheets, cooking utensils, even temporary shelving! But this place was set up with all we could hope for and more! We brought some of our own beach chairs, but California Dreamin’ even had a whole set of those, as well as beach toys, boogie and skim boards, and an umbrella all ready to go! It was fantastic. The owners were attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay - city notices about the holiday weekend, garbage pickup protocol, etc. and they were quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. We had a fantastic week on the beach and can’t wait for our next chance to come stay again!!

Right on the ocean. View from every room. Well stocked kitchen with every cooking utensil and appliances available. Enjoyed our time very much.

This is our third visit to this property. We have also stayed in 4 or 5 others on La Selva or Sand dollar (just south of La Selva) beach in the last 20 years. California Dreaming is our favorite. It is well stocked and has everything needed or wanted to make your stay enjoyable. Very clean and all the furniture/bedding was very comfortable. The owners are responsive and checked in after our arrival to ask if everything was good.

Home is beautiful and well stocked. You can open up windows on any floor of the house and see, smell and listen to the ocean. Very relaxing and the hosts are very responsive and considerate. We look forward to coming back and staying again!

We stayed here for a family holiday gathering. The views are amazing and the condo is so comfortable. The beach is just down the stairs and bonfires at happy hour makes it pretty darn perfect.

My friends and I really enjoyed this place. It was very cozy and spacious. The owners gave me restaurant tips that helped a lot. Please be cautious when using google maps because there is another residence with the same street name and number in/near santa cruz. This condo is a gem.

We chose this location as our once a year trip with my mom and her lifetime friends ❤️ This has been one of the best vacations we have ever had! The home is AMAZING! Amenities are higher end but so comfortable! Everything you need is here, inside and outside! Clear guidance to access WIFI and instructions to utilize all of the thoughtful amenities. The beach and the views were better than we could have imagined. Spending the night on the beach watching the sunset is something we will never forget.
