Calhoun Cabin w/ River View + Wraparound Deck

Host was very helpful and the cabin is fantastic. We used it for a family get together for Christmas. We hope to come back next year.

We had a great time. The cabin was the perfect place for our team to hang out. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to just relax.

A beautiful property! The house layout was a great match for our extended family. There were plenty of thoughtful, extra touches. We had a bit of trouble getting the downstairs theater screen working, and the owners were very responsive in providing the needed help. We were only there for a 3 day weekend; I would have enjoyed a longer stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The only feedback is to ensure all AC's are operating and functional. The property managers quickly assisted and were very supportive. This is a very unique property and we collectively agreed that we would choose to stay here again.

The property was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and uniquely decorated with horse/cowboy/wildlife decor. I tried to sit in every area of the deck and the house, but I ran out of time. All twelve of us had plenty of room to hang out together or spread out. Our only small fail was not getting the sound to play in the small movie theater. Subtitles worked for everyone except the four year old. Ha! Maybe include a little sheet for turning on the DVD player and the sound system for non-techies like me? Thank you for providing such a fun place to stay! Next time we come, I’ll try to schedule more time on the property.

You will not find a better place to relax and have your own space than this property which has a massive gathering place in the kitchen and it’s own movie theatre room plus a river behind the house to look at from the wrap around porch

Everything about this house is amazing!!! My son got married and this is where the wedding party stayed!! No one wanted to leave! We will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful home and surrounding property! We spent our wedding weekend here and can’t wait to spend some future anniversaries in the home together! There was no reason to even leave the property, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

We have been staying in vacation homes for each vacation for the past 10 years and this home is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Rachel with the Evolve team was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions we had. The home is close to Calhoun but far enough out to feel like you are away from it all. The theatre was a treat for us to watch movies and football. The pool table was great for the whole family. I also loved being in the mountains, but not having to drive up a winding road to get there. The drive to the home is lovely. As beautiful as the pictures are, the place is even better in person. Thank you to the Evolve team for a wonderful Christmas stay!

Had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful, warm home during a recent visit to Georgia. The house was gorgeous, the grounds beautiful and after long days out and about it was the perfect place to come home to. The teenagers in our group loved the movie room, the parents enjoyed the pool and poker tables and there was plenty of space for all of us. In addition, the owners were great to work with and accommodated our travel schedule so kindly. This is exactly how you hope a rental goes when you click the book button. Look forward to staying again during another trip that way. Can’t recommend enough.
