Beautiful home - beautiful surroundings - wish we could have stayed longer - everything was nice (maybe new towels needed?) but absolutely perfect!

We very much enjoyed our family vacation at Suzanne's beautiful home in Caldera Springs. The house was perfect and even better than the pictures. Furnishings and decor are very well done. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable with wonderful mattress toppers and bed linens. The back patio was so peaceful. We appreciated watching the deer stroll through each evening. Kitchen was well stocked. There were so many things for all ages of entertainment in the garage - lots of bikes and games. The Dancing Rock Loop area was very nice and we would definitely return to this home. Suzanne was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the booking process and stay. Highly recommend this home!

We love Caldera Springs and this home did not disappoint. Quiet, peaceful setting. Well-stocked kitchen with high-end Viking appliances (including the oven). Super comfortable beds, each bedroom with it's own private bath and walk-in closets. One bedroom is near the front door, with a lower-entry shower, the primary is in the back of the house near the hottub, and the third guest bedroom is at the other end of the house, with a bath/shower combo. We had a family member with low mobility with us and there were no stairs she needed to climb; stairs are only for those staying in the loft (there are several twin beds up there, no door in that room, the loft is above the garage). We were there in April, so it was warm during the day and quite cool at night. Easy to operate fireplace & HVAC, but we arrived late in the evening on our first night and it took a long time for the house to heat up. 10 mins to grocery store & restaurants, 22 mins to Bend. Loved having access to the bikes to explore the property. Pickleball courts, rec center and some restaurants on the property don't open until Memorial Day, so check on opening dates. Also, patio furniture on this property was still covered up due to the time of year, but we had warmer weather than usual, so it was easy to uncover it for use. We saw bluejays, deer in the yard, squirrels and even a bullfrog, it's a gorgeous property with lots to do. Overall, a great stay.

Suzanne was great and the home is very clean, cozy and beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The home has everything you need to make your stay that much more enjoyable. Our host was responsive and easy to get ahold with some questions. The neighborhood is very well kept and aesthetically pleasing.

I love this property!! It’s the perfect home away from home!! It’s cozy and inviting with more than enough room! This home has everything you’ll need and then some. The beds are comfortable, the linens are great and the hot tub was perfect! This home is also extremely clean! I also really like location as well. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I can’t wait to stay again! And Suzanne is lovely to deal with! Always a great experience!!

Host is extremely responsive and professional. House is stunning and the extra amenities are amazing. Well stocked kitchen, laundry room, garage full of fun. The hosts gifts were an extra touch and it was even decorated for the holidays. Best experience ever and we go to Sunriver every year. Thank you!

Such a beautiful place and was a perfect space for a relaxing retreat weekend. The home is huge and very clean. Comfy beds, the fluffiest blankets, the hot tub was amazing, the kitchen is well stocked and we had more than enough space for all the food we brought. Overall great place and would gladly stay again!

Check in was very frustrating. I was sent codes for the house two times from VRBO also rules for the house. I did not receive your email. The only email I received is the one you resent at 4:43 and it went to my junk mail. I have never had this happen. Phone numbers should be exchanged to eliminate this problem. The house was amazing. Clean and beautiful. A very well stocked house. We love our stay.

Beautiful home! Loved the area and location. Open floor plan was great for spending time with family. Kitchen was nicely stocked and even had a basket of free toiletries in case you forgot something. Would love to come back!

The property is beautiful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The home was stunning - with big windows and patios looking into a beautiful, sunny forest. Looking out the big windows, you see only nature, no other homes. We found the house and the surrounding area even better than the pictures.We have a crawling baby, and the home was so clean and well taken care of that we were super comfortable letting her roam around on the floor. We also had two young kids with us, and the home was well-stocked with a pack-and-play and high chair for the baby, plus kids eating utensils/cups, and toys/games (and streaming subscriptions, ha!).We loved the home’s hot tub, as well as the community outdoor hot tub (we were there out of season, but would love to return in summer when the quarry pool is open).Our whole family of 8 fit around the round table, which turned out to be a really wonderful thing compared to many listings that have 6-person rectangular tables. And we could comfortably enjoy the common area together.Suzanne was super warm and informative the whole way through - especially because for first time visitors, it can be a bit tough to remember which Sunriver vs. Caldera Springs amenities are available when you’ve read 100 listings :) She was super responsive during our stay when we had a question, and got it resolved really quickly.We definitely hope to return!

The house was perfect for our group. It was exactly as pictured and super comfortable.

A beautiful, clean and very spacious home. Communication was easy with the owner and Suzanne was very quick with her response time. Our family ski trip with six adults and one infant, was made so easy with all the amenities in this house, including the baby crib and high chair. We would definitely rent this home again.
