Welcome to An Fuaran House — a brand-new 2024 build in Caldera Springs, designed for bringing family and friends together, with something for every generation to enjoy.



Six king bedrooms, each with high ceilings and its own en-suite bath, plus a bunk room, sleep 16 guests — making the house especially well suited to multigenerational families and groups of families or friends traveling together. No one has to draw the short straw on a bedroom here!


r>There's plenty to keep everyone entertained. Challenge the family to Skee-Ball (yes, real Skee-Ball!), gather around the gas fire pit for s'mores, or rediscover the games you grew up with on our two-player Quarterless arcade. With classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Galaga, and Street Fighter among its huge library of games, the grown-ups may be every bit as competitive as the kids. Prefer something a little more low-key Our well-stocked game cabinet has plenty of board and card games for family game nights and rainy afternoons.



There's even more waiting outside. Soak in the private hot tub, hop on one of our bikes to explore the miles of paved paths, or grab our pickleball gear and head to the courts. Your stay includes access to Caldera Springs' Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, parks, and miles of walking and biking paths, with no additional resort fee (note that there is no access to the Forest House/pool and the 9 hole golf course).



We've put unusual thought into something vacation rentals often overlook: a really great night's sleep. Every bedroom is set up for rest, with comfortable beds, blackout drapes, a sound machine, and a choice of pillows in different feels and firmness levels. High ceilings and beautiful, comfortable spaces make every bedroom feel like a retreat, not an afterthought. After a big day of skiing, biking, hiking, or exploring Central Oregon, come home to a bedroom designed for serious sleep.



If the youngest members of the family are coming, you can leave a surprising amount of gear at home. We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, baby bath, toddler potty seat and step stool, baby monitor, air purifier, and even some books for that sweet bedtime story. Small details that make a big family trip much easier.



We want you to feel taken care of from the moment you arrive, starting with a really good cup of coffee. Our well-stocked coffee bar gives everyone options: Nespresso, traditional drip coffee, whole beans with a grinder, and a French press — plus the little extras to make your coffee just the way you like it. You'll also find the house generously stocked with everyday essentials, alongside elevated touches like Aesop hand wash and Aveda shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One less list to pack, buy, or think about once your vacation begins.



An Fuaran House is a place to bring generations together: coffee in the morning, Central Oregon adventures during the day, family tournaments and s'mores at night, and enough space and comfort for everyone to enjoy the vacation in their own way.
