Stayed Dec 26, 2021The house was very dirty. Mice droppings, uncomfortable beds, hard to shower with very little water coming from the shower heads, very loud water pump going all day. Very nice neighborhood, unfortunately the house needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. My family and I tried finding somewhere else to stay but were not able to since it was New Years week and everything was booked, we had no choice but to stay there so we spent a good amount of hours cleaning what we could to be at least a little comfortable. That house had not been clean for weeks or maybe months.

Stayed Jul 3, 2018Perfect placement just outside of the hustle and bustle of the downtown marina. Just off the main bus line that picks up every 15 minutes. Owner took care of all our needs with very quick responses and text. A little construction finishes needed but nothing deal breakers. We used the grill and the washer without issues. Owner even had a welcome to Cabo package waiting on us! A beautiful place. Considering getting me one!

Stayed Mar 1, 2017Flor was a fantastic communicator and made sure we had everything we needed, this is a great inexpensive place that sleeps a big crew handily.
