CABIN #4 WITH LAKE VIEW AT HIGGINS LAKE - TRUE NORTH CABIN RENTALS

The place was beautiful and I really reccomend it for fall! My college friends and I had a great time playing games and checking out the parks nearby. Super clean and modern!

We loved it. The cabin was super clean, lots of cooking utensils/pots/pans. Firepit area was great. Nice to have a picnic table. We made lots of good memories.

Classic beach cottage close to the lake with all the basics. Clean and quaint. Met our needs. Window air conditioning but still warm in loft and 2nd bedroom.

Overall a good property to stay at for the price and close proximity to lake, also was clean and had air conditioning, but lacks several basic features. No locks on any bedroom or bathroom doors. No hooks/shelving in bedrooms or bathroom to hang towels/clothes. Toilet lid doesn’t stay up falls down so pee on seat, bathroom hand towel hook has been glued but still falls in trash when trying to hang towel back. Shower head has no handle for washing little ones feet. Again realize this is simple camping living but told owner about several of these things last year and none were corrected.

We had a great stay. Location is close to the lake and 9 of slept comfortably. Backyard with fire pit was nice and house was clean.

We’ve stayed with Jeremy a few times now, first time in cabin 4. As expected, it was awesome. Very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great location to the trails, we will absolutely be back

This is a great little house. Everything you need. Communication with the owner was outstanding!

We actually rented 3 of the cabins - it was perfect for a quick little family get together . A short walk to the beach , we also rented a pontoon boat for a day and cruised around the lake . Made good use of the BbQ & firepit .

The place was adorable, had a lot of essentials in the kitchen. Everything was very updated and clean. The only thing is the grill wasn’t working. I would recommend and stay again!

We loved the short walk to see the sunrise each morning and bonfires at night. Peaceful location respectful neighbors with lake access and boat rentals in walking distance.

This was our 4th year and hope for many more. Super clean and had everything you might need to feel like a home away from home. Jeremy is always a pleasure to work with, super nice as well! I would recommend these cabins to family and friends!

My extended family visits Higgins Lake every year. This year we needed a cabin instead of a tent. We could have put our two kids and their significant others in this rental with us. Will use them again.

Clean kitchen was well stocked the cabin was beautiful we enjoyed our weekend there

Very nice! Clean, quiet, can walk to Higgins lake access right down the street. Also Higgins lake state park is 1.7 miles away. Very nice beach! Jeremy the Host was excellent at communicating with us. He’s close by. He stopped in to welcome us. He communicated by text with us too!

Place is clean and freshly updated. Owner is responsive. The AC is portable, adequate but not ideal. Furniture is new but rental property quality. Check in/out is very easy. 30 yards from the water. Could be improved with one or two small quiet window ACs.

Perfect spot for a family gathering especially with the other nearby cabins. Easy walk to the lake and extremely cute neighborhood.

Overall, a decent property, although it is much smaller in person than the pictures reveal the place Was clean we were not told we needed to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels until we arrived and found that there was virtually none there. Despite what the listing said there was no air conditioning and it is not on a lake as stated also there was no hammock as stated we also enjoyed the strong, sulfur smell in the water, which was not disclosed and the hot water heater itself is so small underneath of the kitchen countertop and definitely did not accommodate the eight people we had there. the One ceiling fan that was in the house was broken and there were no closets in any of the rooms so our clothes were on the floor. would not recommend for a party of more than four definitely too cramped for more than that. I will say the property manager was kind and attentive. We were just disappointed between what the post eluded to and what we actually got overall, the place has great potential if these issues were taken care of
