Stayed Feb 25, 2026We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The biggest issue was a complete lack of transparency from the host. After we had already checked in, we were informed that the host was staying in a guest house next door. This was never disclosed beforehand and raised serious concerns about privacy.Cleanliness was also below expectations, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.Due to these issues, we made the decision to leave after our first day. During that process, the host stated—while on a call with a VRBO agent—that we would be receiving a refund. Despite that assurance, we have still not received our refund.Between the lack of communication, unexpected presence of the host, and unresolved refund, this experience was extremely frustrating. This host did not meet basic expectations for transparency or hospitality, and based on our experience, should not be allowed to continue listing without better accountability.
