This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 35 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION

Pool Heating Schedule: The pool heater operates from October 1st to April 30th.

Temperature Setting: The pool heater is set to a temperature of 80°F, running approximately 8 hours daily.

Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. Please consider this climate information when booking, as it may affect swimming comfort during colder periods. When the outside temperature gets below 40°F the pool heater will automatically turn off.



Pool Heater Charges

The cost for pool heating is $100 per week, plus tax.



Please adjust your expectations based on the regional climate and average weather temperatures before confirming your booking.



IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.

    Beautiful, exceptional home, scrupulously clean, with a wonderful pool in a very quiet and peaceful area. The kitchen was a true treat, everything you need is there and in new or excellent condition. The furniture was very comfortable as well, we enjoyed our stay completely!

    We had an amazing stay. The views by pool and in the dock were amazing especially at sunrise and sunset. Being able to sit and relax was exactly what we needed. We traveled with another couple and it was great that we both had our own master suite. The home had everything we needed and it was close to everything. We went to the beach almost every day and enjoyed visiting the local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this to home!

    My friends and I had a great experience staying here. The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with supplies and all very well maintained. The two master suites were perfect for our group of 3, and the beds were very comfy. House was decorated tastefully and had a cozy beachy vibe. The best part was the private pool area overlooking the canal that had plenty of space and a beautiful view. We also appreciated how close the house was to the beach and local stores - about a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again in the future! It’s perfect for families, couples, or friend groups looking to stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood near the beach.

    This was our first time visiting Palm Coast. We absolutely love the area. The beautiful home we stayed at was just perfect. Sitting on the patio, overlooking the pool and canal, was so relaxing. That was much needed for both of us. The house was welcoming, spacious, and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The home was very clean. Valarie, the property manager, responded to all our emails promptly. There was also a guest book on the table that answered all our questions. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you so much for a lovely getaway.
