Cabana Bay Fish Camp, Lake St. Clair- Minutes to Anchor Bay

This house is by the far the best home we have stayed in near the lake! The house was exceptionally clean, everything was modern and of good quality, the heating and air worked flawlessly, there were plenty of fun things to do in the house, there was plenty of room to spread out, the parking was easy and convenient, the deck and backyard were great, the toiletries, cleaners, and soaps, were high quality name brand items and I could go on and on. It was a true home away from home, but on the water! Sue was also quick to respond with any questions, and there are several boat ramps within a short drive. This will be our first choice when we visit the area again!

Had an amazing stay at Sue’s place on the lake! We booked a mini “staycation” with family since we keep our boat at a marina near by. Her place is spotless, tons of room for everyone, lots of places to eat inside or out by the water! The kind bed was super comfy with tons of pillows, lots of windows to open and catch a nice breeze from the lake! Sue has everything you need and then some to enjoy your stay! She was super responsive to any questions I had . I also really appreciated they pull out couches that converted to beds, for my 6 year old to have his own space. The house is super quiet inside and it seemed like the neighbors were pretty quiet as well. At night we could hear the cabana blue playing bands right from the patio, and enjoyed watching all the boats go by. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great stay, great location for fishing. Plenty of parking, house was super clean and plenty of room. Quiet on a dead end canal street.

Lovely cottage with open concept and airy feel. Comfy beds and great air conditioning! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

We booked this property for a guys weekend fishing trip. It was the perfect location as we had access to the main lake and could also easily trailer or boat further up the Saint Clair River. Plenty of stores Restaurants, and bars nearby. Will be coming back in June with more friends.

We really enjoyed our second stay at this house! Renting from Sue is a breeze! It’s so clean and located on a quiet side street. Quick and easy access to the lake, nice boat wells with electricity right there! You have everything you need right there. The other reviews cover all the other nice things about the house, so I’ll add: Our favorite restaurants are Zef’s Lighthouse Tavern and Knapp’s City Garage.

The pictures do not do this home justice! Waterfront boat slips, perfect size, great location, plenty of parking, many amenities!
