❤️ Efficient heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

We were visiting for Homecoming/Parent's weekend at Mesa and having our high schooler do a college visit. Walking distance for the football game and to everything. Perfect location and great communication with Kristy! Lovely home and so much nicer than cramming into a hotel room. Will definitely be back!
Cute little home! Great location for music at the amphitheater as well as wine tasting in Palisade :) We will be back for sure!
Lovely traditional home located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to explore the area. The house was really well prepared, spotlessley clean and tidy.
I travel a lot and use VRBO quite a bit. This was the perfect option for a quiet, clean, comfortable stay in Grand Junction. Close to everything and the property manager was just so helpful and responsive in every way. I'll definitely be back!
Clean, spacious, comfortable. Close to wineries. Perfect for a group 2-4
This was a perfect place to stay while dropping our kid off for college. Close to campus and baseball field to catch a Jackolopes game. Love that they also had a pickle ball set to go play close by. Everything was great.
We loved staying at the butterfly house! The house is nicely decorated and very homey inside. It’s very close to the Lincoln Park (1 block) and Mesa University. The kids loved walking to the Moyer Pool at Lincoln Park. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.
What a great neighborhood. Cute, well cared for house with anything you could need. The best part..the service that takes care of it! Great communication! If you need it they’ll get it. Great people doing a fantastic job. Thanks so much for the stay.
Everything was perfect at the house from the front entrance to the backyard space. It was in perfect walking distance to Stocker Stadium and there was ample parking for our family.
This was an adorable little place that was super clean and cozy. Stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Great clean place. Good area would rent again
This little house is well located and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great little house, had everything one would need in a nice neighborhood close to park and a short walk to downtown & Main Street.
The Butterfly House was prefect. The extra good points - all the furniture was comfortable. There were lots of rooms so we were not all in one room all the time. The enclosed front porch was delightful in the afternoon when we just wanted to sit and wind down. Seriously we hit VRBO gold!
This little house has everything you need for a nice stay. Our favorite spot was the glassed-in front porch with very nice and comfortable furniture — the perfect spot for your morning coffee!
My husband and I stayed at the house this past week while we checked our daughter into the dorm at CMU. The house was so convenient to campus and perfect for the two of us. Having only one bathroom might have been a problem had there been more people staying there. The place was clean, comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and so handy to downtown, the baseball stadium, and the campus. We will definitely stay here again during our daughter's 4 years at CMU.
