We enjoyed our stay. There is a waterfall and a swinging bridge in walking distance from the house. Be sure to buy food before getting here, since the market doesn’t carry many items and is expensive. The house would have been better with a washer and dryer.
Wonderful place to land at the end of a long day exploring Yosemite! Hot tub was great for sore muscles. Stop in the town of Oakhurst and buy groceries for your meals. Takes a good 40 minutes to go back out. Vonns, Raleys or the food outlet (?) General stores have prepared sandwiches and a few things. Very pricey. Grill was great to have and enjoyed meals at the cabin!
We had a group of 5 adults and 4 children. It was spacious and suited our needs. We got good use out of the hot tub and beds were pretty comfy. Close to the market and inside the gates of the park.
Smaller than we expected, but compactly and efficiently laid out. A very pleasant experience and perfect for a multigenerational family holiday.
My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Buss Stop. As Australians visiting California, we wanted to stay somewhere cold for Christmas, and if possible experience a white Christmas. Snow fell just before we arrived! The house was excellent, there was plenty of space and everything we needed for our short stay. It was really nice to have a fireplace to keep us warm while we watched Christmas movies. We all want to come back and spend time at Yosemite again. Definitely recommend Buss Stop!
This cute house, decorated and furnished to fit the woodsy surroundings, was perfect for 3 couples. All bedrooms were comfortable and on one floor- each with its own bathroom. The kitchen and living area were open and well furnished. Great proximity for a few days in Yosemite. The Wawona Hotel is just around the corner, and the Jackalope restaurant in the Tenya Lodge, just down the road, were great dinner spots. We highly recommend this house!
Clean and comfortable.
House was amazing…we were 6 adults. Space to congregate and space to separate. Surrounding were beautiful. Love Chilualna Falls!
We loved our stay in Yellowstone at this cabin! It was the perfect size for our group of 7 and was close to all of the major hiking trails. Equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoyed the available board games and fireplace. So cozy, clean, and homey. Would highly recommend.
The Buss Stop made a perfect headquarters for exploring Yosemite, and was a comfortable place to make food, have fun, and sleep.
