Stayed Oct 7, 2022Very clean house, nice location to uptown and light rail/ stores, quiet street. Only negatives were minimal kitchen things (no detergent for dishwasher, no bakeware for oven, no colander to drain spaghetti). Also very uncomfortable beds with crunchy plastic mattress covers. Patio had nothing to sit on sadly. Room for improvement but clean and good host communication.

Stayed Sep 21, 2022This house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and perfect for our trip to Charlotte. Very family friendly and located in waking distance to the rail or a short drive to uptown but with plenty to do nearby…. And yet still having an occasional deer in the backyard! Highly recommended.
