Burnvale is a single-level family home brimming with features to appeal to families or groups of friends. Not only is it a short walk to the beach, it’s also walking distance into town.
Parents will appreciate the spacious layout and thoughtful features, including a separate TV/games room for the kids and the kayaks, totem tennis, books and games, highchair and the TV in the outdoor BBQ area. You will also love the beautiful timber flooring and the high ceilings in the living area.
The main open-plan living areas overlook an enclosed backyard and a manicured lawn, meaning it’s easy to keep an eye on the little kids at play.
It’s easy to get to the beach from here as there is a paved shortcut to take. You can be down at the beach in about five minutes!
The layout of the home is as follows: the master bedroom and singles bedroom are at the front of the house, whereas the remaining two queen bedrooms are at the other end of the house, separated by a shared bathroom and laundry. The living areas are centralised.

Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

    The pictures do not do this house justice. It is huge. Could easily do a 2 family stay here. Well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils. Great veranda for evenings and dinners. Games, kayak, golf clubs all available for use. Will stay again!

    Lovely property in a wonderful location. The kids and I went on lots of walks to the beach, bush walks and into town. The house it’s self was stunning and very clean and comfortable lots of space we had a lovely time and would absolutely try and rent again next year.

    Perfect house for two families. We had four children between 4 and 10 and they had an absolute blast. Lots of room, well equipped and amazing outdoor area for dining/relaxing. House was clean but still felt like a home and the location was close to the beach and town. Quiet cul de sac also meant the kids could ride their bikes safely. We were very sad to leave and will definitely stay here again!

    House was beautiful. There was a strong sewer odour coming from the ensuite bathroom that was not able to be cleared and was the first thing you smelt walking through the door. This lasted the whole time and the fan needed to be kept on to try and help

    We’ll kept home and garden in a beautiful location. The teenagers complained of the squeaky single beds on closer look an Allan key is required to tighten the frames which we didn’t have on hand. A strange smell from the ensuite bathroom basin only at night left my parents a little baffled. All in all a pleasant stay.
