This in-ground “cooling off” pool is 5 feet at its deepest, 25'x15' and wonderful pool for kids AND adults during hot summer days. Gardner Service weekly on Wednesday. Pool Maintenance weekly on Thursday. Kids especially (and some dogs) love that pool! For your youngest ones, or non-swimmers, a 5ft safety fence can be raised. Owners are outgoing and friendly but also need not be a part of your experience unless you choose that. They have their own entrance and exit from backyard. There are no restrictions on your usage of outside garden areas, pool or spa. Owners very much enjoy all outdoor activities from kids, adults and dogs all having fun! Laughter, noise, screaming kids are not an issue for owners. The entire property can be for rent furnished or unfurnished, which includes the ADU for rentals over 1 year. There are no restrictions for usage of the property, pool or spa, EXCEPT parties of any kind unless Owner approves, otherwise it is a breach of rental terms. Termination immediate.
