You could be living on the most sought-after street in Burbank. (The home is fully and lovingly furnished, however, for yearly renters and leasers only, if you choose, owners will remove furniture to accommodate your own.)
This is an upscale neighborhood in the Verdugo Mountain Foothills in the famous Media District of Downtown Burbank. Close to schools, markets, restaurants, Media District, freeways.

This in-ground “cooling off” pool is 5 feet at its deepest, 25'x15' and wonderful pool for kids AND adults during hot summer days. Gardner Service weekly on Wednesday. Pool Maintenance weekly on Thursday. Kids especially (and some dogs) love that pool! For your youngest ones, or non-swimmers, a 5ft safety fence can be raised. Enjoy the natural gas Firepit while you are also enjoying the backyard pool areas in the evenings.
This home is perfect for 4 persons at any given time and the 3 beds should not accommodate more than 6 people. A 5th or 6th person is on an added daily rate (see rates). Communication on any level is key to peace. Any Children who can sleep in a bed and use a toilet count as a person.

IMPORTANT OWNER DISCLOSURE NOTE:
BACKHOUSE (ADU) ON PROPERTY. PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING: Owners are in motion picture business and stay in the ADU/backhouse whenever in town. Owners do not always know in advance when they will be out of town and it's best for potential renters to assume owners, who have immense respect for guest privacy, may be on property. Owners are outgoing and friendly but also need not be a part of your experience unless you choose that. They have their own entrance and exit from backyard. There are no restrictions on your usage of outside garden areas, pool or spa. Owners very much enjoy all outdoor activities from kids, adults and dogs all having fun! Laughter, noise, screaming kids are not an issue for owners. The entire property can be for rent furnished or unfurnished, which includes the ADU for rentals over 1 year. Inquire for price of adding on the ADU.

This property is a non-smoking home including vapes, and if smoking is taking place in house, your entire deposit will be used to deep clean the entire home. Smoking is fine outside with doors closed and away from open doors & windows. Filming and photography for professional purposes anywhere on property is cause for immediate eviction. Owners really are easy going and friendly and very much enjoy guests enjoying themselves. Kids are definitely encouraged to be kids while staying. Owners are mostly unfazed by noise by kids or dogs and most adults within reason. If you are coming to Burbank for business, vacation or visiting family and friends, this roomy, comfortable, and artistic home is everything in a beautiful and comfortable home you could ask for. Complete with Pots, Pans, Dishes, Glassware, Flatware, Utensils. Very well equipped. Hotels cannot give you what this home offers in intimacy, space, privacy and price. The photos can't tell you just how great this place really is! Fully supplied and lovingly maintained. This is in a beautiful upscale neighborhood and offers a very comfortable slice of heaven. One parking spot in driveway provided. Parking on street is safe. When in town, owners use carport EV plugin, so if you own an electric or hybrid, sharing is not an issue.

Two (2) FIREPLACES (one in ignition switch in Great Bedroom Upstairs and one gas 2-Way Granite Surround in Living Room/Dining Room (wood burning not permitted in Los Angeles); Professional Stainless Kitchen (48 THERMADOR DOUBLE OVEN 4 Burner, Grill, Griddle). The first floor has a Bathroom with Shower/Bathtub-peaceful & Zen glass tiled; Grand Room, Library, two (2) CENTRAL HEATING UNITS--1 each AC/HVAC unit (upstairs and downstairs), WI-FI; TV's IN EVERY BEDROOM includes: 65 TV-HDMI in Grand Room, with VARIOUS TVs in each of 3 bedrooms.

Child(ren) and/or your dog(s) are very welcome. Property is doggie safe and appreciated by pets. The exterior in-ground pool and attached spa reside in this rear garden area where ADU is. The pool is 5ft at its deepest with stairs at each end. A 5 ft. safety gate may be used which surrounds the pool and spa for our youngest guests.
There are no restrictions for usage of the property, pool or spa, EXCEPT parties of any kind unless Owner approves, otherwise it is a breach of rental terms. Termination immediate.
If you are bringing your dog or cat, please be responsible for their cleanup so no further charges are incurred. Thank you.

It's a great space that when it rains, you don't get wet sitting there. Backyard: Outside large charcoal/propane combo BBQ with smoker & extra burner; plus, an old friend—an extra charcoal BBQ. The Spa and 5ft deep 30' long Pool are in the back of property outside of guesthouse and for your pleasure anytime you wish. Summer Fun! *Mom/Dad info: The pool & spa is safety gated for the littlest of our guests. If your children are old enough to have the gate removed, that can be done and preferred. Little non-swimmers must have safety gate at all times. Owners very much enjoy kids, dogs, and adults having fun! No smoking in this SMOKE-FREE home!! Smoking only outside on deck, balcony with doors closed and away from open doors and windows. Smoking of any kind in home is a 15-yard penalty and your entire security deposit is at risk when entire home must be deep cleaned. Non-smoking guests coming in after you will appreciate your efforts and diligence. Please take this seriously.

    This property is AMAZING!!! The home was spotless upon arrival and so beautifully decorated. The master bedroom with a fireplace and a balcony surrounded by trellises with blooming flowers was so incredible!! Everything we needed was provided; the kitchen would please a master chef!! Best of all, the hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful! They made our stay so pleasant and enjoyable. All of our expectations were exceeded and this was the best property we have ever stayed at. We would give this stay more than 5 stars on everything if we could!! We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, pet-friendly, excellent hosts, cozy and inviting home for a relaxing vacation!!

    The hosts are fantastic! They promptly responded when we texted with questions. The place is amazing! Was very comfortable with plenty of space and well looked after. Enjoyed all the features listed in the description. The area is quiet and very safe, including at night. Great central location close to many tourist areas. Would stay again and highly recommend to other families.

    Our stay was absolutely amazing. We chose this location since it was close to The Rose Bowl Stadium for the Minnesota Vs UCLA game and it was just perfect. Our host was so accommodating and helpful that we just can’t say enough positive things about this location Everything wad perfect.

    This is a beautiful home, with plenty of space. It is decorated well and has a fantasitc backyard with a lot of beautiful flowers and trees, and a nice in ground pool. The neighborhood is great for a morning walk. Patty was very responsive, and really made you feel welcome. I would recommend this house to everyone.

    Beautiful and comfortable accommodations for our Burbank visit June 7th thru 10th. My sisters & I wished we could have stayed longer and will gladly return again. Hosts Patti & Mark were very gracious, communicative, and welcoming. We found the property description to be right on point. The house was clean & neat; beds were comfortable; we enjoyed morning coffees on the 2 balconies & outside garden patio - overall a very peaceful & warm environment. Perfect for our family visit.

    Our host was very nice. Sweet lady. Master Bed was very uncomfortable! Weed floors were very noisy and squeeky. When i walk through the bedroom or halway it woke up kids and wife. Over all...not the best experience. Especially for the price. I would definitely suggest putting a new mattress in the master bedroom. Also, the linens dont smell clean. Smells stale. Again...host was very nice. Just needs some small things for a better experience

    We recently visited California for our family vacation and stayed for 4 fabulous nights. The host Patty was extremely receptive to our needs and communicative throughout our stay. The location couldn't be better and is in the heart of Burbank.The house has an old world Hollywood feel in terms of style and decor and even has a nostalgic wall in the stairwell of legendary movie and music stars for your viewing pleasure. A must stay!

    We were so happy we opted for the Burbank VRBO vs hotel rooms. The beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed and the living areas perfect for our family situation. We traveled from NJ for the graduation of my niece and stayed with her divorced parents. Note, 3rd bedroom needs to share bathroom inside master suite or walk downstairs. The house offered two upstairs balconies, plenty of outdoor space and lots of reading nooks on first floor. Kitchen had everything we needed (and much more!) Location was an easy walk to downtown Burbank, a quick drive to Warner Brothers studio for a great tour and easy access to Pasadena. Last but not least, Patti was gracious, helpful and unnoticed after she welcomed us, although she lives in the bungalow on the property.
