    Excellent location, comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 4. Full kitchen, laundry facilities make it easy to make it a home away from home. Great location to explore Universal and WB Studios, and other great nearby locations.

    the house was clean and very spacious for our party of 5. the location is great, minutes to universal and a number of other attractions. the communication with the hosts was also very timely and efficient. This is one of the parcels/properties at this location, with the ADU in the back also being a rental, so the only con is that yard is not fully private. However it was spotless and well maintained, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

    Great stay for families and central location to many activities and Burbank airport. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host answered any questions quickly and took care of any issues promptly. Home is very clean and loved plenty of towels, toiletries and bed comfortable. The boys loved the sports theme room and the girls had plenty of space to spread out in the other bedroom.

    We loved staying at this home. We were a party of six women celebrating a birthday and the accommodations were perfect. Large bathrooms, comfortable beds, and very safe and quiet neighborhood. The Host was very quick to respond and was helping with all our questions. Close to Universal which was key for us, as well as delicious restaurants and shopping, and not too far from the beach or six flags. Would highly recommend!
