We are located down the end of a quiet road, right next to the marina. The beach house almost has all the comforts of home. It is a 2 min walk to the harbour/ playground and boat ramp, 5 min walk to town/ wharf and surf beach. Theres room outside

Stayed Feb 6, 2026There was no water when we got there no instructions on how to turn on. Got hold of owner after an hour. House ok but shower not great mould and could be cleaner. Ants everywhere in kitchen and on couches. Sleep out warned it was tired looking, which would have been ok but felt dirty smelt really musty, stained mattresses. Hot water not turned on so had cold showers.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Our whānau of 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 under 8 stayed for 4 nights. We were totally shocked by the amount of space we had. The back room was a pleasant surprise. Pros: Space, heaps of kitchen utensil’s, parking. Cons: place is run down and needs some TLC (especially the back room bathroom, lots of mold on shower curtain, sink pulling away from the wall etc.) there seems to be a leak from the washing machine or sink area in main house? Recommendations: new shower curtain for back room (2 shop even!) and some cheap easy DIY around the place. Our bins were full prior to us arriving but was sorted with some great communication

Stayed Dec 15, 2023Great location (10mins walk to town centre and beach). Very spacious and lots of outdoor space. Has all facilities you need!
