Bungalow Bliss in Royal Oak

Comfortable and easy!

The place is ok, but the issue was with the pool. It had been raining prior to my arrival and the pool was not properly maintained leaving a cloudy not swimmable filthy pool for three days. I booked that place mainly for the pool

My parents and I had a great time here. Everything was clean and just as represented in the listing.

We visited Royal Oak to see family and this cute bungalow was nearby. The house has a great layout and the kitchen is wonderful. The owners thoughtfully left snacks and quickly came to the rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out (mistake on our part) for we were most grateful! The pit and swimming pool in the backyard looked great but alas, too cold.

We were very happy with our accommodations! The house suited our family very well. The basement rec area was a favorite for our sons! Kitchen is fully stocked and we were greeted with welcome snacks and s’mores supplies. Beds were comfortable and cozy; loved the charger plug ins on all nightstands and the ceiling fans. Easy access in and out of the house. The neighborhood was quaint and great proximity to everything! Ashley was so very responsive and kind. Our only recommendations: * 2nd bathroom is in basement - we thought it was a master bath. * More towels available * TV in kitchen wouldn’t plug in; would be nice to have a tv in upstairs bedroom, as well as a mirror. We will book again on our next visit!!

We unfortunately were in town for a funeral. Ashely, the host, was very accommodating and allowed us to check in two hours earlier than our check in time, which allowed us to freshen up before the wake. This was so helpful! Property is clean and in a nice area with lots of options to eat. Very close drive to Detroit and near the expressway. We recommend staying here.

The house was everything advertised. The neighborhood was super cute. This is a great place to stay for families.
