It was great Major problem recycling bin was left with rotten food in it and maggots and smelt terrible There was a scheduled power outage on the Sunday morning which left us unable to enjoy breakfast tea and coffee in the morning

The house was perfect. It was a home away from home. Walking distance to shops and food and a short drive to the zoo.

This property was a good fit for us as a family of 4, with some spare room. Great to have two separate bathrooms, great kitchen and BBQ area as we like to cook dinner rather than eat out. Short Street Store around the corner was awesome too.

Property met expectations. Nice and quiet. We broke one glass and so bought a set of four which were similar. Also there were only 5 forks and one was rusty so we bought a set of 4. There was a sewage smell in the back bathroom when we arrived but that seemed to disappear after water was flushed through.

The house is nicely setup, cosy with the gas heating in the lounge and within walking distance to town if you are happy with a 20 minute walk. Great little breakfast garden cafe around the corner in Fitroy street just tops it all off.
