Stayed Feb 5, 2025It was perfect for us. We were visiting friends in Riverview on Ramar and have stayed in your park before. What makes yours the perfect rental in your park is I believe it’s the only one with a washer and dryer in the unit which is a huge plus. We found it well stocked with supplies except found it strange that there were no paper towels not a big deal but strange. The back deck is lovely and a perfect place to read and relax. Dishes silverware and appliances perfect but pots and pans not so great. Location is on a corner lot and is very private for an RV park. The hot tub, pool etc are perfect

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The property is located on the end of the road on top of a hill over looking the city. It has beautiful view in all directions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with lots of friendly neighbors. The home is lovely with just the right amount of space for two people. It has great outdoor space both in front and on the side. We were in driving distance to many wonderful locations and took full advantage of it. Ottman, Joshua Tree National Park, Hoover Damm, Davis Damm and there are quite a few community parks to choose from. It was close to the grocery stores and church. Stayed Mar 3, 2024This property was spotless with a great view and very friendly neighbors. I would recommend to anyone. It would be nice if it had better seating in the living room area. Also I rented because it advertised cable tv but instead it had a smart tv which is probably fine with most but doesn’t work for us.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024the sofa bed on the living room isn't really sleepable as it is very uncomfortable. For this reason I would not be able to use this property ever again as someone need to sleep there
