Stayed Feb 12, 2024First off, we have traveled extensively the past year. We have rented from VRBO, Furnished Finders and this house was undoubtedly the poorest selection we have experienced. Your Home is in need of serious upgrades and maintenance. The new paint was completed by someone that does not understand the meaning of detail. Worst trim painting I have ever seen. The kitchen was dirty and lacked essentials items. No dressers in the bedrooms was shocking.Although our interactions with the owner/manager was pleasant, it does not improve the home.I could go on, but suffice it to say, we will never consider utilizing a property listed with Evolve.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was great. Beds were comfortable, and house was very clean. Garage parking helped. The bedrooms do NOT have tvs. That is the only thing I would recommend.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023This is a great house to stay at if your going to bullhead city the air conditioning works great it’s right down the street from the water and like 8 minutes from the casinos would definitely stay here again

Stayed Apr 24, 2023Check in and communicating with property management was great. Had garage and remote opener to use. Not much in the way of kitchen utensils and a bit of a shabby looking neighborhood. But we had no problems or issues. Stayed a week and slept well.
