Designed and built in 2024 for large groups and AirBNB, this home is so new it doesn't have many reviews yet, but my other property has over 100 -5 star reviews ( We know what we are doing!) This Austin house boasts 5 inviting bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The charming property offers all the essentials for a brilliant get together, bachelorette party, or family reunion, including a large swimming pool to cool off and hangout and tons of balcony space. Located in central Austin, just one block from all the major tourist draws, bars and music venues of South Congress Avenue ! The home is almost brand new. the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and very functional. the home is far from furnished though and light fixtures in the master lacked bulbs. the main seating area lacked enough seating for the 5 of us. the beautiful kitchen had only two seats for counter dining and there was no dining room. when these issues get resolved it will be a great home.
